The customer service is absolutely terrible. I've contacted them twice now with videos showing the faulty item I got. It wasn't cheap, and I still haven't heard anything back. It's so annoying to have a faulty item and not even get a response from the company.

They were completely useless! All I wanted to do was send a PDF VAT invoice for my order, but they just told me they couldn't do it. What's that all about? If they can't even manage a simple request like that, I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

Express delivery
So, I really needed my products quickly, and I thought I'd treat myself to express delivery. The website was easy to use, the prices were decent, and the products were really good quality. But, I was a bit disappointed when my parcel arrived four days later instead of the 1-2 days promised. The customer service team were lovely, but they didn't offer me a refund. Maybe they shouldn't offer express delivery as an option when things are really busy.
