I stumbled across this shop after another supplier let me down, and I've stuck with it for over a year now. The site is easy to use and the range is solid, especially Dermalogica — which I use in my morning routine, after a run and Sunday nights. Best bit for me are the free samples; I try them for a few days and decide properly, rather than guessing. Nothing's perfect — some items go out of stock, and delivery can be a tad slow on occasions — but overall it does the job well.
Quick win, small caveats
I stumbled across Beauty Flash on Instagram and thought I'd try it — I'm a long-time Dermalogica fan so authenticity mattered. Website was tidy enough, not flashy, and the product info helped me decide. I ordered round lunchtime and the moment I knew I was happy? When the parcel turned up next day, under 24 hours — that felt proper reassuring. Packaging was fine though a bit light on padding, and prices weren't the cheapest, but items were genuine and in date. I've already told a mate to try it, but it's not flawless.
Worth it for the convenience
I’d do it again. I needed to replace my whole Dermalogica routine after a persistent skin flare-up, and a mate suggested this site, so I bit the bullet. I was wary about ordering everything online in one go, especially as the brand isn’t cheap, but the price was a bit better than the high street and that helped. Because my basket was over £75 I got next‑day delivery for free and a few samples thrown in, which I tried and liked enough to be dangerous for my bank account. The order arrived at work the next day, no drama, everything intact. Service was straightforward, no hard sell, and the extras were a nice touch. Not perfect, but solid and practical for what I needed.
Nearly gave up
I was packing for a mate’s wedding when I opened the box and, oh dear, the cream had leaked and everything smelled a bit off. After being a customer for about eleven years I was pretty sceptical — especially since Emma from customer service, who used to be brilliant, isn’t there anymore. I chased them by email, it took a few weeks and some back-and-forth, but in the end they sent a proper replacement and even added a small voucher. Could they have acted faster? Yes. Was I annoyed? Definitely. Did the replacement do the job and calm my skin before the big day? It did. So I’m cautious but willing to try again.
Little wins with a few niggles
the texture is lightweight, sinks in quick, no greasy film and it doesn’t smell like a shop — small relief. I started using it straight away after it arrived; the packaging felt solid and there was even a tiny sachet sample tucked in which was a pleasant surprise. Skin-wise, it calmed a bit of redness faster than I thought and made my skin feel softer by day three. The only real annoyance was the delivery/communication side — I ordered late on a Thursday, it went out the next day and apparently arrived on Monday when I wasn’t in. They don’t automatically confirm dispatch, which is daft, but when I emailed they replied within ten minutes and cleared it up. Overall good value, a couple of rough edges but I’d buy from them again.

I'm a customer at Beauty Flash and I recently bought a bunch of skincare products from their website. It was really easy to use and I found what I wanted quickly. Ordering was a piece of cake, and I liked that I could pick 2 free little gifts to go with my purchase. The only hiccup was that when my order arrived, I saw I only got 1 free gift instead of the 2 I chose. But hey, no big deal. I'm still excited to try out the products and see how they work on my skin.

This company's got some cracking products at proper decent prices. I was well chuffed with the quality of the item I bought and how quickly it arrived. Beauty Flash is absolutely amazing! Ordering my favourite beauty products from them is a breeze. I never encounter any issues with placing my orders and they always arrive promptly. On top of that, their prices are really competitive. I mean, what more could a girl want? Beauty Flash is definitely the place to be!
Kérastase Soleil products
Wow, I am absolutely loving the summer range from this haircare brand! I recently picked up the Kérastase Soleil products and they are absolutely fantastic. Not only do they shield my hair from the sun's harmful UV rays, but they also leave my hair feeling incredibly soft and smelling like a tropical paradise. It's like a mini vacation for my hair in a bottle! I can't get over how amazing these products are and I definitely plan on stocking up for the entire summer.
Inquired about product formula change
I had a question about a product that had changed its formula, and I wanted to make sure that the stock being sold was the new version. The customer service team quickly responded, saying they were checking into it but it might take a while. They soon came back to me with the information I needed. I was really impressed by how they made the effort to look into my query and kept me updated on how their investigation was going.

I'm totally loving the highlighter and lip gloss I got - they make me feel like a total superstar! But oh my days, let me tell you about the delivery. They went and left my parcel with my neighbour, can you believe it? And to top it off, my house number is clearly displayed! EVRi, that's not cool at all!

I recently bought some skincare products from Beauty Flash, and honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with the courier service they used. The package got chucked over a high gate in the rain, and I only found it after getting a delivery notification at 5 pm. That's not on, especially as it was late in the evening by then. Clearly, the delivery person didn't handle the parcel with care, and this isn't the first time something like this has happened with this courier company. I reckon Beauty Flash should think about switching to a different delivery service to make sure their customers get a more reliable and professional delivery experience.

I have to admit, I was a bit unsure about buying beauty products online, but Beauty Flash really surprised me. It was so easy to place my order and I got my items the very next day with click and collect. My partner is really pleased with the products I got, and I have to say, they seem to be doing the trick 😉 All in all, it was a fantastic experience and I will definitely be shopping with them again.

I recently bought some facial products and travel sizes from Beauty Flash and I have to say, I was really impressed. I had a facial at a salon that used Dermalogica products, so I was happy to discover that Beauty Flash offers travel sizes of some products, giving me the chance to test them before deciding on the full-sized versions. It was also a nice bonus to be able to choose some free samples with my order.
Booking confirmation delay and false advertising
I recently bought something from Beauty Flash and was a bit worried when I didn't get a confirmation email straight away. It took around 15-20 minutes for it to come through, which was longer than I thought. But once I got the confirmation, everything else went well with the order. One thing to note is that the website said I would get a free cleansing duo if my order was over £70. I wasn't just after the free stuff, but I was a bit let down when I didn't get it with my purchase. Businesses should make sure to stick to their promises and update their ads properly.
Great products
Two sets of Moroccan Oils that is of Repairs Set I had sent to my friends directly from Beauty Flash .
After three months of those receipt my dear beautiful friends told me that was fantastic contents, absolutely out of imagination.
Now I have order similar set basically of M shampoo, moisturizer and hair care.
