Got it quicker than I expected — proper relieved, given it was my first order. Price was good, packing tidy and the whole process felt dead efficient. If anything, I'd tell others to try it but check tracking; saves wondering, and customer support was reachable. I'd order again, no hesitation.
Surprisingly decent in the end
I ordered a couple of weeks ago and at first I was wary — no tracking, no updates, I thought I'd been scammed. I messaged support, half expected silence, but they actually replied and sorted it. Parcel arrived a bit late, but intact. Honestly pretty chuffed I waited, still a bit annoyed though, but overall pleased.
Worth the fuss
Crazy to say, but the delivery was the highlight. Ordered my fake tan late afternoon, chose next-day and got a one-hour slot first thing — arrived earlier than I expected. The price is actually the best I've seen around, customer service was polite (not over the top). Been burned by others, so this was a relief.
Pretty chuffed in the end
I was halfway packing for a weekend away when the parcel finally turned up — not ideal, but as soon as I opened it and tried one of the samples (quick test in the hotel sink) I was quietly chuffed. It did the job straight away, smelled fine, felt good, and I relaxed. A bit late, but happy in the end.
Parcel eventually sorted
Weirdly, first time I had a missing parcel back in 2011, I emailed them and the customer service adviser replied with a delivery estimate. In the end it turned up within three working days. I've ordered several times since for bits I use at home every day — cooking, small DIY — and I'm glad it worked out.
Bit of a mixed bag
Oddly enough the parcel took 25 days and went missing for a bit, so I was ready to write it off, but their support answered my emails pretty quickly, which was a nice surprise. I opened it the day it arrived to try the cleanser and, annoyingly, it was the wrong item so I couldn't use it. Good service, awful delivery, mixed feelings.
Promises, then waiting
I'd say it's unreliable — don't expect next-day delivery. I ordered on 25 August and, despite spending over £200, it's still at Evri's depot on 4 September. Beauty Flash only tell me it's with Evri and that they've raised a query, nothing concrete. It'll be fine when it arrives, but the wait's poor; I'd warn others.
Wobbly start, does the job
Halfway through unwrapping it this morning I actually smiled — it took longer to arrive than I expected and I got no replies to my emails, but once it was set up it’s been surprisingly useful. The build feels solid and it slots into my morning routine; I reach for it every day. Would’ve liked clearer communication, but glad it works.
Strange smell, poor returns
I bought a Dermalogica eye cream because I wake up with puffy, sensitive eyes and hoped it’d help. The formula felt fine and did reduce puffiness a bit, but it had a strange, stale smell like old stock. I chased returns with three emails, was told to send it back and then they said they never received it and refused a refund. Frustrating and expensive.
Delivered to the internet, not my door
don’t order from them. I first saw their ad on Instagram and even tipped a mate to try it — rookie mistake. Spent about £60, got a tracking number and a cheery “delivered” email, but no parcel. Popped to the local Royal Mail the next day; the delivery driver said there was nothing on their list. Oddly the website looked very slick, which fooled me, so there’s that surprise. Found other similar reports too, so yeah, beware — not trustworthy.
Handy for testing
I stumbled across this shop after another supplier let me down, and I've stuck with it for over a year now. The site is easy to use and the range is solid, especially Dermalogica — which I use in my morning routine, after a run and Sunday nights. Best bit for me are the free samples; I try them for a few days and decide properly, rather than guessing. Nothing's perfect — some items go out of stock, and delivery can be a tad slow on occasions — but overall it does the job well.

Nearly gave up

Definitely. Did the replacement do the job and calm my skin before the big day? It did. So I’m cautious but willing to try again.
Little wins with a few niggles
the texture is lightweight, sinks in quick, no greasy film and it doesn’t smell like a shop — small relief. I started using it straight away after it arrived; the packaging felt solid and there was even a tiny sachet sample tucked in which was a pleasant surprise. Skin-wise, it calmed a bit of redness faster than I thought and made my skin feel softer by day three. The only real annoyance was the delivery/communication side — I ordered late on a Thursday, it went out the next day and apparently arrived on Monday when I wasn’t in. They don’t automatically confirm dispatch, which is daft, but when I emailed they replied within ten minutes and cleared it up. Overall good value, a couple of rough edges but I’d buy from them again.

I'm a customer at Beauty Flash and I recently bought a bunch of skincare products from their website. It was really easy to use and I found what I wanted quickly. Ordering was a piece of cake, and I liked that I could pick 2 free little gifts to go with my purchase. The only hiccup was that when my order arrived, I saw I only got 1 free gift instead of the 2 I chose. But hey, no big deal. Beauty Flash is absolutely amazing! Ordering my favourite beauty products from them is a breeze. I never encounter any issues with placing my orders and they always arrive promptly. Kérastase Soleil products
Wow, I am absolutely loving the summer range from this haircare brand! I recently picked up the Kérastase Soleil products and they are absolutely fantastic. Not only do they shield my hair from the sun's harmful UV rays, but they also leave my hair feeling incredibly soft and smelling like a tropical paradise. It's like a mini vacation for my hair in a bottle! I can't get over how amazing these products are and I definitely plan on stocking up for the entire summer.
