Recently, I bought some hair extensions but I ended up getting the wrong colour. I was really worried about it, but when I got in touch with customer service, I was helped by a lovely lady named Mila. She was so kind and really knew her stuff when it came to picking the right colour. I was so impressed with her knowledge and how helpful she was. She even offered to send me some samples to make sure I got it right. I have to say, what could have been a nightmare turned out to be a great experience, all thanks to Mila's professionalism and support. Now I can't wait to get my hands on my new hair extensions!
Clip in hair extensions
I really fancied getting some clip-in hair extensions to have that long, gorgeous hair like my favourite celebs. I was meant to get a discount as a first-time customer, but, you know, the discount code never actually came through and it was quite disappointing. Luckily, Mila from customer service was amazingly helpful and sorted everything out for me. When the hair extensions finally arrived, they were absolutely perfect - the size was spot on and the colour matched my hair perfectly! Big shoutout to Mila and the company - you all are amazing!

I'm absolutely shocked at how useless this hair salon's order system is. I thought my invisible tape hair extensions would arrive last week, but they still haven't come. I've got a trip planned for tomorrow and I really needed these extensions to finish off my look. The fact that there hasn't been an apology or any effort to fix this situation has left me feeling so annoyed and let down. If it was me in charge of a business, I'd make sure orders were always on time and customers were looked after properly.

Return order, full refund, wrong colour sent
I had a little mix-up with my order - they sent me the wrong colour! But, luckily Jade was there to help me sort it out. She was really helpful and made sure everything was sorted. I had to send the order back, but they gave me a full refund and even covered the postage and packaging. All in all, I can't really fault the experience, and I would definitely think about using them again in the future.

The fringe hair extension I bought online was way darker than it looked in the pictures. It was a nightmare trying to get in touch with customer service because they only had a chat option available.
