I wasn't expecting much when I clicked buy, to be honest — had read a couple of dodgy comments and nearly backed out. Delivery was slower than I'd hoped and there was a tense couple of days waiting, but after chasing them a bit the company actually sorted it and the mattress turned up in good nick. It's been on my bed every night since and I sleep noticeably better, which surprised me. Still a bit wary about communication, but overall pleased — would buy again, just allow extra time.
A proper little lifesaver
I wasn't expecting much when the parcel arrived on a rainy Tuesday but then I tried it and realised this was exactly what I needed. It's become part of my morning routine — a quick fix before I dash out and honestly I didn't think something so simple would make such a difference. The build feels solid, the little quirks don't bother me, and I actually found myself smiling when it worked first time. Proper glad I bought it, saved me time every day. Would recommend to anyone after something reliable for daily use.
Quick delivery, poor support
I kept hovering over the checkout button for ages, convinced it was too good to be true. In the end I ordered — mostly because the price looked right and delivery was quick in the listing. The mattress turned up surprisingly fast and actually feels decent; that was unexpected and a relief. But my doubts about the company? They weren't eased. When I tried to return it the whole thing turned into a mess. No clear instructions, weeks of silence, emails ignored. After two weeks of calls I finally spoke to someone who said the old company had gone bust and been bought, so they couldn't process my refund. No heads-up, no apology really. So yes, the product might be okay, but don't expect decent aftercare. I'd warn others to check who they're buying from.
A call that saved the day (almost)
Sat there half expecting silence, since my mid‑June order had vanished into inbox limbo. Emails? Crickets. Calls? Only answered once, on 10 July, by a really pleasant chap — that was the moment I thought, okay, maybe this will work. I sent the delivery details straight away like they asked, and then... back to waiting. The phone now says office closed (not marked as on holiday online) and my two voicemails went unanswered. I’ve paid but not received the goods yet. Not the worst experience — had worse with other firms — and that friendly call kept my hopes up, even if it’s far from perfect.
Almost needed it yesterday
I was mid-way through a fairly exhausting move and my back was playing up, so I ordered something that was meant to arrive quickly — big mistake. They cancelled the order out of the blue a few days later, no proper explanation, and then became impossible to reach. I phoned, emailed, even used live chat, but kept getting answerphone messages saying the place was shut, then no replies to the voicemails I left. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for a bit, I really did, but when I had to open a dispute with my bank they suddenly emailed me saying a refund had been issued and to allow up to 10 working days. That contradicts what they claim on the website and the refund isn’t in my account yet — it’s £374 so not trivial. Frustrating service, dodgy communication, and really bad delivery handling. Wouldn’t recommend unless you like chasing companies.
Finally sorted, but not by them
unreliable delivery, patchy communication. Wouldn’t use this company again, but at least I can get dressed without rummaging now.
Half-hearted start, okay ending
Overall, I’d say it was a messy start but it didn’t end in disaster — which surprised me. I needed a mattress for a small event and ordered a couple of weeks before; at first it felt like I was shouting into the void. I emailed, phoned, even used live chat a few times and kept getting vague promises and no real updates. The worst bit was waking up on the day it should have arrived to find it cancelled — lovely. After a lot of chasing (and a bit of grumbling on my part) they finally explained the supplier had pulled out, apologised properly and arranged a refund and a decent alternative option. So yes, slow and flaky communications, but once pushed they actually sorted it. Wouldn’t trust them for tight deadlines, but if you can wait and push a bit, you might get there in the end.
Single to double bed conversion
I bought a bed from this store not long ago and I have to say, I am really impressed. The bed came on time and was just as I was hoping for. The quality is fantastic, and it looks like it was made really well. I like that it can be changed from a single to a double bed easily, which makes it a great choice for any home. Even though I haven't actually slept on it yet, the mattress seems like it will give me a good night's sleep. All in all, I am happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a new bed.

I've been waiting for weeks for my bed set and wardrobe to arrive from Bed Kings. When the delivery finally turned up, the box was all dented and damaged. It was such a letdown because I was really looking forward to setting up my new furniture in my room. Now I'm still waiting for the replacement wardrobe to be sent to me. Sort it out, Bed Kings!
Bedroom sets purchase
I recently bought some bedroom sets from this shop and I have to say, I was really happy with how everything went. The whole process, from ordering to delivery, was really smooth and efficient. I was really impressed with how friendly and careful they were when they were lugging everything up three flights of stairs in my home.
Versatile Single bed that can also be used as a Double
The bed from Bed Kings is absolutely amazing. I had been searching online for a comfy single bed that could also work as a double for guests, and I was ready to give up until I found this beauty. The bed has a lovely soft silver velvet head and foot, the mattresses are really high quality, and the zip between them is strong and dependable. My daughter loves her new bed, and we are so pleased with our purchase.

The delivery service from Bed Kings was really good. The team that delivered and assembled the furniture were so friendly and helpful. They phoned before they arrived to let us know they were on their way, and when they got here, Driver M.Ravf and his colleague were both really polite. They asked us where we wanted everything and made sure it was all in the right place. The only downside was that it took a while for the delivery to arrive, but the customer service team were always polite and quick to respond to my calls and emails.
Bed frame purchase
I bought a bed frame from this company I found online. It was a good deal compared to others. The company kept me updated on the item and delivery, which I thought was really professional. I could choose a delivery date that suited me, which was great. Putting the bed frame together was easy, and it looks fantastic in my bedroom. It does the job perfectly.
Trundle bed purchase
I bought a trundle bed from Bed Kings and I have to say, the quality is top-notch. It looks great and is super comfy, so I'm really pleased with that. However, I have to admit I was a bit let down by the customer service from Bed Kings. They originally said my bed would be delivered pretty quickly, but that didn't happen. Turns out there were some delays getting the fabric for the base, which meant the delivery date kept getting pushed back. After lots of calls and questions, I finally got a confirmed delivery date, but it was a hassle because I had guests coming over for the weekend. And to top it off, the info they gave me about how heavy the bed was and how easy it would be to move turned out to be wrong, which made the delivery process a real pain.

I've just bought a wardrobe and chest of drawers from this shop, and I have to say, I'm really happy with how it all went. The furniture is top-notch and fits perfectly in my house. The two service assistants who delivered and set it all up were brilliant - super professional, polite, and really respectful of my space. Great experience all round!
Lancaster bedroom set
I bought the Lancaster bedroom set recently and I have to say, I'm really disappointed with it. The quality just doesn't match the price I paid. The furniture feels wobbly and gets marked way too easily - you can even leave a mark with just your fingernail. The biggest let-down is the wardrobe, the doors don't even close properly and the whole thing moves around whenever you touch it or open and close the doors. I'm stuck with this furniture set that I really don't like in my house and when I tried to return it, the customer service was no help at all.
King-sized bed purchase
I recently bought a king-sized bed from this place, and I have to say, the bed itself is good quality and I'm happy with it. However, their customer communication and service were a bit of a let-down. I had some problems with the delivery and tried to get in touch with them a few times, but the responses I got were scarce and didn't really address my issues. It took a whole 6 weeks for my bed to arrive, which I think is just not on.
