My experience with Bed Kings when buying bedroom furniture was really good. I had some questions about delivery, so I used the live chat on their website which was easy to navigate. They responded quickly and were very helpful. I also had a nice chat with someone on the phone to confirm the delivery date. It was a relief to actually speak to a person without any problems. The delivery arrived on time and the driver kept me updated throughout. We've put together one of the products we bought and it's great quality. I'll definitely be shopping at Bed Kings again because of their excellent service and products. I even saw the same bedroom set on another website for a higher price, but Bed Kings offered it at a more affordable rate, which was a bonus.
Single to double bed conversion

The only downside was that it took a while for the delivery to arrive, but the customer service team were always polite and quick to respond to my calls and emails.

Turns out there were some delays getting the fabric for the base, which meant the delivery date kept getting pushed back. After lots of calls and questions, I finally got a confirmed delivery date, but it was a hassle because I had guests coming over for the weekend. And to top it off, the info they gave me about how heavy the bed was and how easy it would be to move turned out to be wrong, which made the delivery process a real pain.

Lancaster bedroom set
I bought the Lancaster bedroom set recently and I have to say, I'm really disappointed with it. The quality just doesn't match the price I paid. The furniture feels wobbly and gets marked way too easily - you can even leave a mark with just your fingernail. The biggest let-down is the wardrobe, the doors don't even close properly and the whole thing moves around whenever you touch it or open and close the doors. I'm stuck with this furniture set that I really don't like in my house and when I tried to return it, the customer service was no help at all.
