Bedman simply the best
I was skeptical purchasing a mattress from Bedman because I haven't heard of the brand before. Bedman online shop offers customers a wide range of bedroom products such as bed frames, divans and mattresses. These products are available in and are categorized by size and price.
But after unwrapping the mattress, all my nerves calmed. Bedman offers free UK delivery to the mainland and operates its own delivery fleet. Amazing!!! I must compliment Bedman for the ease of ordering online and dealing with problems. This mattress, and Bedman are the real deal and they make amazing, good, quality and original products.

The stock selection at Bedman is really good, but buying from them was a nightmare. We ordered a Birlea bed in advance, but it took over 8 weeks to arrive, even though they initially said it would be here in 6 weeks. When it finally got here, the bed was damaged. Trying to get in touch with customer service was a waste of time. The boxes were also damaged, and when we tried to get help with the slightly damaged bed, nobody at customer service picked up the phone. We tried multiple times, but we were just left to deal with it on our own. Eventually, we had to contact the manufacturer ourselves to get the part we needed to finish building the bed. It took nearly 12 weeks and lots of frustrating encounters with unhelpful staff before we finally got some compensation for all the trouble and damage. Overall, it was a terrible experience that I suggest avoiding completely.
Bed delivery
I'm absolutely shocked by the nightmare I had to deal with from this company. At first, everything seemed fine when I made my order. But on the day of delivery, they hit me with a surprise £30 delivery charge. To make matters worse, they changed the delivery time from morning to a vague 3pm window. The delivery person turned up three hours late and was really rude. When I asked about assembling the bed, he shoved me into a door. It felt like he did it on purpose to be aggressive. Despite me complaining to the company, they wouldn't give me a refund on the delivery fee and just said they sacked the delivery team. I'm thinking about telling the police about this because it felt like an assault.
Misleading quality
The beds are nothing like how they look in the pictures or in the showroom. The ottoman I bought is so badly made that I can't even open it properly. The delivery was a complete disaster, with the workers not being able to speak English and acting in a rude way. The owner hasn't been able to sort out the problems, and to make matters worse, I've been blocked from their social media page.
Bed delivery
I bought a bed last month, and it arrived on the 1st of February. Sadly, the side panel had some damage and there was a little flaw on the foot end. The mattress that came with the bed was really poor quality too. I contacted the owner to ask for a refund, but he said no because of Covid. Instead, he said he could bring replacement sides and a better mattress, but at an extra cost to me. I mentioned my rights under the Consumer Rights Act, but he still wouldn't give me a refund. He said he'd bring the replacements on Saturday the 5th of February, but he never showed up even after a bunch of calls. The customer service has been shockingly bad, and now I'm stuck with a bed that's no good. I recommend avoiding this company, especially since they go by different names too.
Broken bedframe, replacement not delivered
I got a broken bedframe delivered to me, so I refused it. I waited all day on Monday for the replacement, but it never showed up. I had to ring them multiple times and I kept getting redirected to Sales instead of Customer Services. Finally, I discovered that the headboard was the problem. Customer Services just said sorry, but they didn't offer any compensation for the wages I lost waiting around. All in all, it was a total waste of my time and money.
Broken bed, late delivery
It was 8 o'clock at night when the bed arrived. The bed was really bad quality - I regret buying it. And the delivery guy was so rude! Once he got my money, he didn't care at all.
Bed frame and mattress
I recently bought a bed frame and mattress from that shop, and I have to say I was really let down by the whole experience. First of all, the delivery was way overdue, arriving 5 hours later than they said it would. It messed up my whole day having to wait around for it. Then, when I finally got the stuff, there was this awful smell coming from both the base and mattress - it honestly stank like sewage. I tried to get in touch with the seller about it, but I didn't even get a response.
