Installing it was pretty straightforward, but it's important to check your measurements before doing any tiling. The instructions could do with some tweaking, especially when it comes to the mounting bolts and connecting to the water supply. But once it's all set up correctly, it's a brilliant product.

I recently bought a free standing bath and toilet from this company, and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. The products were top quality and just as they were described online. toilet
I bought a toilet from their online platform recently and it didn't go so well. The item was supposed to be 20% off with a special discount code, but when I tried to use it at checkout, it wouldn't go through. I got in touch with customer service through eBay, and they told me it was a seller discount, not a site-wide deal. They suggested I still buy it and then ask for a refund for the missing discount later. But, when I asked the company for the refund, they said they wouldn't honour the discount they'd advertised.
Part delivery
Oh my gosh, I was in desperate need of that part and they were really quick to sort it out for me. The price was amazing too. I'm really impressed with how fast and precise their response was. It was honestly the best customer service I've ever experienced!
Vanity unit and sink
My experience with the company was really disappointing. When my order arrived, I found that the items were all damaged. It was such a hassle trying to get in touch with them, and even when I did manage to speak to someone, they couldn't help right away and asked me to send an email instead. In the end, I received three damaged basins over a period of 4 weeks, and I had to reluctantly accept them to finish the job. The company only agreed to collect the damaged items after I made a complaint. They didn't offer any compensation for the extra costs I incurred due to the delays or for having to settle for below-par items. It was a big letdown after saving up for a new bathroom, only to end up with substandard products.
Sink, tap, waste, trap
I recently bought a sink, tap, waste, and trap from your store. When the delivery arrived, I found that the tap was missing. I contacted customer services right away, but I got mixed messages and unclear information about the missing tap. I'm really frustrated now because I can't finish my bathroom renovation without the tap. The delay has also cost me money because I have to hire a plumber to come back and install the tap when it eventually arrives. I'm unhappy with how unclear the investigation into the missing tap has been.

1500mm Shower tray and bits
I bought a 1500mm shower tray and some other bits from this place recently. The shower tray was really good quality and the price was fair in my opinion. However, I was a bit let down when the waste trap and other bits didn't come at the same time, which delayed the installation. It ended up taking us a couple of extra days which was annoying. Luckily, the customer service team sorted out the problem quickly, so credit to them for that. Happy with the products overall, but not pleased with the delivery hiccup.
