    Replacement product after 18 months

    I had a bit of a problem with a product that decided to pack up after 18 months of use. It was quite annoying to deal with, but I thought I'd get in touch with customer service to see if they could help out. I was actually quite surprised to get a response back so quickly, just 2 hours after I sent my message. After showing them my proof of purchase and explaining the issue with the product, they sorted out a replacement right away and it was soon on its way to me. I was really impressed with how fast and professional the customer service team were at this company. It's not often you come across such dedication and willingness to help customers out promptly. I reckon more companies should take a leaf out of their book and make sure customer satisfaction is their top priority.

    I've been a loyal customer of this company for years, and I've always been impressed with their top-notch customer service. Recently, I bought some fairy lights for outdoors, and I was really pleased with how good they were. The website was easy to use, and they offer a really great range of products.     Replacement lights after damaged delivery

    I recently received a parcel with some lights that were not working. I was disappointed and left a review. Lights4Fun got in touch through Zoe to apologise and offered to replace the lights at no extra cost. They didn't even ask for the faulty lights back, just asked for photos of the parcel and serial numbers. This level of customer service was really impressive, showing how committed Lights4Fun is to providing good products and looking after their customers. A big thank you to Zoe for her assistance. I will definitely shop with them again in the future.

    I bought three sets of Mushroom Solar Stake Lights from this company, but I was a bit annoyed when all three sets stopped working after just one winter due to corroded controller switches. It felt like a waste of money and materials as the lights couldn't be used anymore. However, I was happy with how Lights4Fun dealt with my problem.     Light strip for inside cabinet

    The product seemed good at first - a light strip for inside my cabinet. But changing the batteries turned out to be a real pain because I had to peel the strip off the sticky pads. Those sticky pads they gave were no good at all. They kept falling off after just an hour, nearly damaging the glasses they fell on. So I was stuck deciding whether to use Gorilla sticky pads to keep the product secure, but then struggling to remove it to change the batteries. Honestly, I think the design is pretty bad and not very user-friendly.

    Solar lanterns

    I recently bought some solar lanterns from Lights4Fun and was really happy with my experience. However, one of the lanterns had a little dent when it arrived. The customer service I got to fix the issue was outstanding. Lisa from the customer service team got back to me quickly, said sorry, and gave me some options to sort things out. She said I could get some money back and keep the slightly damaged lantern, or get a brand new pair for free. I decided to go for the new pair and was amazed at how fast they arrived.

    Solar lanterns and table lights

    I recently got these awesome solar lanterns and table lights, you know? They came really fast, but then I found out that one of the table lights was broken and one of the lanterns didn't work at all! Can you believe it? Luckily, my mum contacted customer service and they were really helpful, they sent out replacements right away. Now, we've got everything in place in the garden and it looks amazing!     Even though I received a faulty product that was out of warranty, I was happy with how quickly and efficiently the customer service team responded to my issue.     Missing screws, replacement lanterns

    I wasn't very happy when my lanterns arrived without the screws I needed. Luckily, the customer service team agreed to send replacements. But you won't believe it - those replacement screws went missing in the post! It was so frustrating. Thankfully, they sent a whole new set of lanterns at no extra cost. Huge thanks to Lisa for helping sort it all out!
