Replacement product after 18 months
I had a bit of a problem with a product that decided to pack up after 18 months of use. It was quite annoying to deal with, but I thought I'd get in touch with customer service to see if they could help out. I was actually quite surprised to get a response back so quickly, just 2 hours after I sent my message. After showing them my proof of purchase and explaining the issue with the product, they sorted out a replacement right away and it was soon on its way to me. I was really impressed with how fast and professional the customer service team were at this company. It's not often you come across such dedication and willingness to help customers out promptly. I reckon more companies should take a leaf out of their book and make sure customer satisfaction is their top priority.
Fairy lights for outdoor use
I've been a loyal customer of this company for years, and I've always been impressed with their top-notch customer service. Recently, I bought some fairy lights for outdoors, and I was really pleased with how good they were. The website was easy to use, and they offer a really great range of products. I had to get in touch with their customer service team for some help, and Sophie was amazing! She knew what she was talking about, was really friendly, and sorted out my questions quickly. Shopping was a breeze thanks to her. If only all customer service reps were as fantastic as Sophie! I definitely recommend this company to anyone after quality products and standout customer service.
Replacement lights after damaged delivery
I recently received a parcel with some lights that were not working. I was disappointed and left a review. Lights4Fun got in touch through Zoe to apologise and offered to replace the lights at no extra cost. They didn't even ask for the faulty lights back, just asked for photos of the parcel and serial numbers. This level of customer service was really impressive, showing how committed Lights4Fun is to providing good products and looking after their customers. A big thank you to Zoe for her assistance. I will definitely shop with them again in the future.
Lights for my home
I recently bought some lights for my home and I have to say, I am really pleased with how everything turned out. The lights look great and they really enhance the atmosphere in my living room. Plus, the customer service I received was top-notch. They answered all my questions quickly and made the whole ordering process super easy. Not to mention, the delivery was fast and when I had a query about one of the products, the after-sales support was fantastic. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase and the service I got.
Mushroom Solar Stake Lights
I bought three sets of Mushroom Solar Stake Lights from this company, but I was a bit annoyed when all three sets stopped working after just one winter due to corroded controller switches. It felt like a waste of money and materials as the lights couldn't be used anymore. However, I was happy with how Lights4Fun dealt with my problem. They sent replacements promptly, which was a good customer service. Now I'm waiting to see if these new lights last longer than the old ones.

LED String Lights
I bought some LED string lights from this company not long ago and I must say, I was really happy with the whole experience. The lights were super bright and sturdy, the quality of the product was top-notch. But what really impressed me was the amazing customer service I got. I had a couple of questions about the lights before buying them, and the person I chatted with via email was so helpful and really knew their stuff. They got back to me quickly and sorted out all my worries, which made ordering the lights easy and fun.
Light strip for inside cabinet
The product seemed good at first - a light strip for inside my cabinet. But changing the batteries turned out to be a real pain because I had to peel the strip off the sticky pads. Those sticky pads they gave were no good at all. They kept falling off after just an hour, nearly damaging the glasses they fell on. So I was stuck deciding whether to use Gorilla sticky pads to keep the product secure, but then struggling to remove it to change the batteries. Honestly, I think the design is pretty bad and not very user-friendly.
Solar lanterns
I recently bought some solar lanterns from Lights4Fun and was really happy with my experience. However, one of the lanterns had a little dent when it arrived. The customer service I got to fix the issue was outstanding. Lisa from the customer service team got back to me quickly, said sorry, and gave me some options to sort things out. She said I could get some money back and keep the slightly damaged lantern, or get a brand new pair for free. I decided to go for the new pair and was amazed at how fast they arrived.
Solar lanterns and table lights
I recently got these awesome solar lanterns and table lights, you know? They came really fast, but then I found out that one of the table lights was broken and one of the lanterns didn't work at all! Can you believe it? Luckily, my mum contacted customer service and they were really helpful, they sent out replacements right away. Now, we've got everything in place in the garden and it looks amazing! A big shoutout to the customer service team for sorting everything out!
Solar water feature purchase
I bought a solar water feature from this company not so long ago. At first, it was working fine, but then I started having some problems with it. Luckily, when I reached out to their customer service team, I spoke to Sophie who was really helpful. I sent over a video and some photos of the issue, and they managed to sort it out quickly. Faulty light censor replacement
I had a problem with a dodgy light sensor and got in touch with customer service for some help. Can you believe they not only gave me some good advice but also offered a refund or a replacement? The customer service I got from the team, especially from Ben, was top-notch and totally exceeded what I was expecting.
Solar string lights
I've just bought some solar string lights from this company and, well, they were faulty. But I got in touch with customer service and they sorted it out super quickly. I've been a loyal customer of theirs for ages and I've always been impressed with how good their lights are.
Truglow solar candles purchase
I've just bought those Truglow solar candles and I have to say, they look so realistic at night, it's amazing. Unfortunately, one of the candles decided to stop working after just a week. Luckily, this guy Ben from customer service was an absolute gem. He sorted everything out quickly and got a replacement sent over to me in no time. Such fantastic service!
Outdoor lantern repair and replacement
I had a problem with my outdoor lanterns, so I got in touch with customer service using the online chat feature. Ben was really helpful and even sent me a video to help me fix the issue. Sadly, that didn't work, but he quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent out. I'm really pleased with the excellent customer service I got, and now I can happily use my outdoor lanterns without any problems.
Lights broke;
The lights I bought seemed really nice at first, but they ended up breaking quite quickly because they weren't waterproof and stopped working. The folks who sold them to me were really kind and were able to fix them, so that was a relief. I'm thankful to them for that!
Malvern duo lanterns
I bought the Malvern duo lanterns and they are so gorgeous! But then, one of them wouldn't turn off (how rude), so I dropped them an email and they sorted me out with a replacement straight away. Mikyla was really quick to assist me and now my lanterns are shining happily ever after. Thank you so much!
Faulty product, good will gesture
Even though I received a faulty product that was out of warranty, I was happy with how quickly and efficiently the customer service team responded to my issue. They got back to me promptly after my first email, and their communication was excellent throughout. Although the situation wasn't ideal, I thought the gesture they made to fix the problem was fair and I really appreciated it.
Missing screws, replacement lanterns
I wasn't very happy when my lanterns arrived without the screws I needed. Luckily, the customer service team agreed to send replacements. But you won't believe it - those replacement screws went missing in the post! It was so frustrating. Thankfully, they sent a whole new set of lanterns at no extra cost. Huge thanks to Lisa for helping sort it all out!
