Small wins, big hassle
I ordered two bits at the end of August thinking it would be a straightforward EU delivery — the checkout even asked me to pick my local store, so I assumed it was stocked nearby. That assumption was wrong. The max delivery window passed and I heard nothing useful. In practice the package was apparently routed via the national postal service (CTT), which is hit-and-miss here, rather than a reliable carrier like DHL or UPS. That decision alone made the whole thing slower and more uncertain. I use items like this for day-to-day work, so the delay actually disrupted a couple of routines; I found myself improvising with older kit while waiting.
Dodgy charge, annoying runaround
Right, so quick story — a mate sent me a link to a bargain and I naively clicked “buy” because it said in stock. Ordered on 27 Feb, card was charged straight away (I mean, posted on 1 March), and then silence. I fired off an email a few days later asking when it would ship and got the usual “we’re closed at weekends” line. Fair enough, but then a week of nothing. When I chased again they said the warehouse didn’t actually have enough stock and could I cancel. I said yes, obviously. That’s when things went sideways — they cancelled the order but didn’t reverse the charge. So I’m sitting here wondering why I paid for stuff they don’t have. I had to chase them, they were slow to reply, and in the end my card company refunded me after I disputed the payment. Biovea didn’t seem bothered to contact the card people. The worst bit, and the reason I tell everyone, is that the site claimed the item was available and they still took the money immediately. That’s the one detail I fixate on — charging up front for something that isn’t there, and then hoping you go away. It left me annoyed, a bit flustered, and frankly I felt duped for a while. If you’re thinking of ordering, keep receipts and be ready to dispute if things go wrong. I wouldn’t recommend them based on this runaround alone.
Good stuff
Hey, I've used this website quite a few times and I really like their stuff. But this time my virus scanner freaked out, saying it was suspicious. I was like, no way, this site is genuine! It's a shame they might be missing out on customers because of this. But honestly, they always deliver on time and their products are excellent. I definitely recommend them!
Quality products, fast delivery, no additional charges

I bought some Pepto-Bismol caplets from Biovea not too long ago and it was a bit up and down. The first delivery didn't quite make it, but they quickly sent out a replacement, which was nice of them. However, I was a bit let down to find out that the caplets aren't from a place known for really strict health standards, like Europe or the USA. They didn't make it clear on the website, so now I'm not too sure about the quality and safety of the product.

These melatonin jellies have been a lifesaver for my sleep! As someone who shops on this online store regularly, it can be really annoying when I'm running low on health supplements and suddenly they're out of stock or not on offer. It always seems to happen that when I give in and buy elsewhere, that's when they bring back the supplements with great deals. This up and down availability and lack of consistent promotions really throws me off when I'm trying to plan and budget for my health needs. It would be a big help if the store could be more dependable with their product supply and keep the special offers coming regularly.
Melatonin order
I bought some melatonin from this site and it took ages, four days, to turn up, quite frustrating really. I chatted to my GP about it because I wasn't sure if what I got was decent. The customer service got back to me over email and at least provided a UPS tracking number, which was handy. I just really wish the delivery had been on time and that the quality was higher.
Excellent products, will reorder
I just got some stuff delivered and I was really pleased with the quality. The ordering bit went smoothly and was a piece of cake. However, I did have a bit of a hiccup with the delivery service, which was a tad annoying. That said, I'll definitely be ordering from here again.

I had specifically chosen delivery to my home address and paid the shipping costs, so I was puzzled as to why this mistake had happened. I contacted customer service to sort things out, but the solution they offered didn't really help.
awesome product
I got this really cool product from this store, yeah? It was pretty good, did the job and everything. But then they go and use the worst courier possible. They promised it in 2 days, but it took ages! And the tracking was useless, didn't even explain the delay. So, based on that experience, I wouldn't really recommend them.
Supplements
I recently bought some supplements from this company and I was really disappointed with how the delivery was handled. They decided to go with UPS for delivery, and even though UPS said they were going to deliver my order, it never actually arrived. The day and time for delivery came and went, and UPS said that the supplier hadn't even sent out the goods yet. This happened twice, causing a big delay in me getting my order. Because of this prolonged wait, I ended up having to cancel my order in the end.
