I had a bit of trouble with a lost delivery for my order, but I was really happy with how Biovea sorted everything out. Even though the courier messed up and caused a delay, Biovea quickly took action and sent my order again so I could get what I had bought. I'm very grateful for their quick and helpful customer service.
Health supplements
As someone who shops on this online store regularly, it can be really annoying when I'm running low on health supplements and suddenly they're out of stock or not on offer. It always seems to happen that when I give in and buy elsewhere, that's when they bring back the supplements with great deals. This up and down availability and lack of consistent promotions really throws me off when I'm trying to plan and budget for my health needs. It would be a big help if the store could be more dependable with their product supply and keep the special offers coming regularly.
Melatonin order
I bought some melatonin from this site and it took ages, four days, to turn up, quite frustrating really. I chatted to my GP about it because I wasn't sure if what I got was decent. The customer service got back to me over email and at least provided a UPS tracking number, which was handy. I just really wish the delivery had been on time and that the quality was higher.
Excellent products, will reorder
I just got some stuff delivered and I was really pleased with the quality. The ordering bit went smoothly and was a piece of cake. However, I did have a bit of a hiccup with the delivery service, which was a tad annoying. That said, I'll definitely be ordering from here again.

Online purchase of supplements
I've just bought some supplements online, thinking they'd be delivered straight to my house. But, much to my annoyance, the package never showed up. I was told that the items had been sent to a nearby shop for collection, which wasn't what I had asked for. I had specifically chosen delivery to my home address and paid the shipping costs, so I was puzzled as to why this mistake had happened. I contacted customer service to sort things out, but the solution they offered didn't really help.
awesome product
I got this really cool product from this store, yeah? It was pretty good, did the job and everything. But then they go and use the worst courier possible. They promised it in 2 days, but it took ages! And the tracking was useless, didn't even explain the delay. So, based on that experience, I wouldn't really recommend them.

I recently bought some supplements from this company and I was really disappointed with how the delivery was handled. They decided to go with UPS for delivery, and even though UPS said they were going to deliver my order, it never actually arrived. The day and time for delivery came and went, and UPS said that the supplier hadn't even sent out the goods yet. This happened twice, causing a big delay in me getting my order. Because of this prolonged wait, I ended up having to cancel my order in the end.
