The process of booking my health screening appointment went really smoothly and everything was well-organised. The place where I had my appointment was nice and everything seemed to be going well. Although, I did have to chase up my results because I didn't get them when I expected to. The people I spoke to were friendly, but I felt like there might have been a bit of a delay in getting my results because everything suddenly happened all at once once I asked about it. I was a bit disappointed that I didn't get an apology for the inconvenience.
