Half an hour after it arrived I sat it on my kitchen table and realised it already looked sickly. I started watering it as they advised, used it that day as a desk piece, but within days it was dead. Promised credit kept shrinking and I can't reach anyone — a bit gutted, honest.
Nice arrival, poor follow-up
one of the pots had surprisingly fresh compost mix, felt like good quality soil — odd, given the rest — and one tiny sapling later pushed a new bud, so not everything was dead-dead. Still, I’d warn others: if you buy from here, check soil and leaves straight away, quarantine plants, and don’t rely on kind aftercare. Delivery was good. Customer service wasn’t. That mismatch is what annoyed me most.
Arrived more sad than green
Unpacked it in the drive and felt a bit let down — leaves were dry and crumbly, soil bone‑dry and when I scratched the trunk it was brown not green. I needed a quick privacy screen after a move and my bad back rules out plant-hunting, so I tried watering and a shaded spot, but leaves kept dropping. Emailed them past their one-week window and got no reply. Bit gutted, really.
