Storage box lid replacement
I had to get a new lid for a storage box I bought, and it took three attempts to get the right one. Despite the hassle, the customer service from Keen Gardener was top-notch. They were fast, friendly, and organized when it came to getting me the replacements. I was really grateful for how they handled the situation so well and with a smile. Thanks a lot!
Shire shed purchase
I recently bought a shed and it was a brilliant experience from beginning to end. The shed I got was from a great company, and I'm really happy with it. Ordering was easy and there was good communication all the way. I could pick a delivery date and time that suited me, and the shed turned up when they said it would. The delivery driver was really nice and made everything easy. I've put the shed together now and it looks brilliant in my garden. I'm really pleased with my purchase overall.
Garden furniture set
I recently ordered a garden furniture set, and it arrived right on time in early May. However, there was a problem with one of the cushions. I got in touch with customer service, and a lovely guy named Matt Shotton sorted everything out for me. He arranged for a replacement to be sent out straight away. I was really impressed with how quickly and efficiently the issue was resolved. I would definitely recommend this company based on the excellent customer service I received.
Fencing for my garden
I bought this fencing for my garden and I absolutely love it! The customer service was fantastic, they were so nice and helpful. The fencing was packaged really well and arrived incredibly quickly, which was great. I am extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely be recommending this website to my friends. It's not easy to come by good customer service these days, so I truly value it when I do.
Rake attachment, £10 cheaper
I bought a rake attachment for my multi-change system from this place because it was £10 cheaper than the official website. It arrived really quickly, the next day, and was packaged really nicely. When I opened it up, the rake was in perfect condition. I'm looking forward to trying it out in my garden!
Greenhouse purchase
Oh my goodness, I will absolutely never purchase anything from that place again! They were just terrible! We bought a greenhouse from them and it was absolutely awful! The materials were really cheap and flimsy, and there were so many missing and incorrect parts! The customer service was the worst I have ever encountered, the manager was so rude! They didn't listen to anything we said and just accused us of lying! It's like they're selling complete rubbish and refusing to take any responsibility for it! I will definitely never go back there again!
Water feature purchase
I recently bought a water feature from this company, and I have to say I'm really happy with it. I had a bad time with a different seller, so I thought I'd try this one instead, and I'm really glad I did. Not only were they cheaper, but my order arrived quickly in just over 24 hours. The customer service I got when I needed help putting the pump together was brilliant. The lady on the phone knew a lot and was really helpful. I'll definitely be shopping with them again.
Defective purchase resolved
I had a bit of a problem with something I bought from this company not so long ago and I have to admit, the way their customer service team handled it was really impressive. As soon as I got in touch with them about the issue, they were right on it and came up with a solution that totally surprised me in the best way possible. It's obvious that Keen Gardener really cares about their customers and is prepared to do everything they can to make sure people are happy with their service. I definitely think this company is worth a try for anyone who wants a gardening supplier they can rely on.
Artificial Buxus Tree
I bought a fake Buxus tree online recently and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good it looks. I've bought similar trees from other places in the past, but they always looked so obviously fake and plastic that I had to send them back. This Buxus tree cost a bit more than the others I've tried, but it actually looks really realistic and surpassed my expectations. It was definitely worth paying a bit extra. Keen Gardener had the best price for this tree online, and I'm really pleased with my purchase.
Greenhouse heater purchase
I recently bought a greenhouse heater from this company and unfortunately, it started turning off randomly a few days ago. I contacted their customer service team at Keen Gardener and I have to say, I was really impressed. They had a technician call me promptly on Wednesday to talk about the issue, and after our chat, they kindly arranged for a replacement to be sent to me at no cost. The replacement arrived today and I am really happy with the great service and communication I received throughout this whole ordeal. It's nice to see a company that truly values its customers and goes the extra mile to make sure they are satisfied. Thank you again, Keen Gardener, for your fantastic service.
Online order and delivery
I ordered this item online and the delivery was really quick and efficient. The product itself was brilliant, but a few months later it developed a fault. When I got in touch with customer service, they were so helpful and fixed the issue with no trouble at all. I was really impressed by how well they looked after me and sorted everything out. Mistakes happen, but it's how they are sorted that really counts, and this company went above and beyond.
Shed purchase
I purchased a shed from this place and it was fantastic. When we were putting it together, we made a mistake but the staff at the store were really helpful. They responded to my emails quickly and managed to get the replacement part to me within just two days. Huge thanks to Nicky for being so incredibly helpful!
7x3 greenhouse purchase
I bought a 7x3 greenhouse from this company, but they sent me a 7x2 one instead. Even though the size was not as expected, the greenhouse seems to be of good quality. It is frustrating to encounter false advertising in today's world when honesty should be key in business. I know it's important to read carefully, but when a product is advertised with certain dimensions, you expect to get what was promised. It's disheartening to have to double-check everything to avoid being deceived.

I bought a greenhouse from this company but I ended up getting the wrong one by mistake. When I realised, I got in touch with them straight away to ask for a cancellation and refund. It was great how easy it was to reach them, they have lots of contact options on their website. Nicky from customer service got back to me quickly and sorted out the refund, getting the money back on my card within an hour. Even though my order didn't go to plan this time, I'll definitely think about ordering from them again in the future.
Hozelock fast cart
Fantastic service! Some people mocked me for preferring traditional shopping over online, but I gave it a go this time. I purchased a Hozelock fast cart and it was delivered quickly and exactly as described, even earlier than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised! This positive experience might make me rethink my opinion on online shopping - I'm even considering buying a new shed now.
Garden shed purchase
I bought a garden shed from this company not long ago. Honestly, I was really let down by the service they provided. At first, I shelled out an extra £149.99 for Isle of Wight delivery, even though free delivery was advertised. But then they sent me an email saying they couldn't actually deliver the shed to me. It's just really frustrating when a respected company like theirs messes up like this.

The prices for those plant pots were amazing, even when you consider the delivery charge. Checking out was easy and my order arrived the very next day. What more could you ask for? Keen Gardener is now my top choice for all my gardening needs.

I recently bought a 15-metre steel paling fence from this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed. Ordering it was easy and straightforward. The quality of the fence was even better than I expected, especially for the price, which was much more affordable than wrought iron. It arrived quickly, with a nice driver dropping it off the day after I ordered. I also appreciated the great support I received from the company the whole way through. Overall, a really good and positive experience.
Premium Muck Boots
I bought these supposedly top-of-the-line Muck Boots from Keen Gardner, but after just three months they're falling to bits. The stitching at the top of both boots is coming loose, which is really disappointing. I got in touch with Keen Gardner and sent them photos of the problem, but they haven't responded to my complaint. Their customer service is really lacking, and the quality of the boots is just not up to scratch. I'm not impressed at all and I wouldn't feel confident recommending either Keen Gardner or Muck Boots to anyone.
