This company took my order but failed to deliver anything
There communication was awful
They ignored my complaint
Beware!Small hiccup, still pleased
There I was, unwrapping the little box and thinking "this can't be right" — needed the plugs because the frosts had chewed my front border and, with my dodgy back, I can't be traipsing round garden centres. Only one tray turned up when I'd ordered three, so I phoned them. They asked for proof and luckily the courier had snapped a photo of the tiny parcel. A bit frustrating that dispatch records didn't flag it, but the plants themselves were healthy and the team sorted it without faff. Won't stop me ordering again, honestly.
Pleasant surprise from delivery
Got the bulbs yesterday, had a quick peek — haven't planted them yet but they look healthy. Delivery was quick and support was helpful, though one item’s still missing.
Sceptical at first
Was half-expecting the plants to arrive battered — after bad runs with other couriers I almost didn't order. They actually turned up healthy, so my doubts have mostly gone.
Quietly pleased
Thought the compost might be scrappy, but it arrived neat and well packaged; haven't mixed it in yet. Plant came intact, buds still closed. Slight worry about soil labelling — would be useful, though.
Turned up on time, small snag
Turned up on time, but the drivers ignored the 'keep at angle' note on the back so the box wasn't positioned right. First spotted it on the doorstep; I'd told a mate.
Hidden tall ones in the batch
Plants arrived healthy, which was good, but two of them look like they could reach eight metres. I'm glad they're robust, yet frustrating they didn't note sizes — other suppliers usually label heights, so check before you buy.
Good price, dodgy tracking
great value. Then the tracking sat still for days and it popped up in some random depot I'd never heard of. It turned up, not perfect but fine.
Soft colour find
Needed for bad back, comfy, colour gorgeous, arrived neatly.
Small balcony win
Halfway through planting on the balcony I smiled—usable seedlings, a few limp
Quick surprise
Loved the quick arrival — great for my kitchen windowsill, a bit small but solid roots.
Was keen, still waiting
Placed the hanging-basket order 27 May, tried to use service in early June — delivery missing, service slow.
Surprisingly good find
Love it — genuinely surprised. First spotted it on Instagram, my mate tipped me; delivery was quicker than I expected, great service too.
Nearly passed them by
Nearly didn't buy these, I was doubtful, but they've settled on my windowsill, look sturdy and have brightened routine cups of tea.
Plants arrived a bit meh
Got the plants last week, some were limp and a couple barely alive. Potted them straight away — they feel fragile but might recover. Support slow though.
Proper find
Saw them on a mate's Instagram and ordered on a whim; when the trousers arrived early and fit perfectly I knew — returns were easy, I told friends.
Small but solid gift
Was after a quick gift for my sister’s tiny balcony — previous pots were rubbish. These planters felt sturdy, soil smells fresh, plants healthy. One was smaller, but overall good.
Little fighters
Soggy morning, kettle on, I opened the box and expected a mess — but the pansies were snug, not battered. I left them alone for a couple of days, then planted; they settled nicely. Happy and relieved.
Half there
I got pug pansies with two missing and most arrived dry. I watered them and, gradually, a couple cheered up — not perfect, but usable. Suggest ordering earlier in season; be prepared to nurse them a bit.
Wrong size, costly call
photos or clear size labels would save everyone time and money.
