Although I've given 5 stars for everything which means this will be given a high a positive score. I wasnt happy with the products I received. I usually where a Large in tops but used their online size checker which told me x% would order a XL I thought ok fair enough and placed the order, everything was fine at this point and no issues. I used a promo code for next day and it was delivered before 9.30am so again no issues.
I tried the products on and they were all too small in every way I.e. small fit and small length. The quality of the t-shirts were hit and miss some felt 'ok' the others were very thin so I've sent everything back.. whilst the products look nice they were just un-wearable for me so I wount be returning to boohooMan.audsohi

I've been buying since December 2020 and spent hundreds. I took out the unlimited next day delivery for the year and received my goods every time. Yes there is need for improvement for customer Service and deliveries out of UK in particularly. The quality of clothes is a bit of hit and miss. Some are really good some aren't. Returns process can take sometime but since corona BS seems every company jumping on the bandwagon with the over 20 days for returns process.

I purchased a number of clothing items from boohooman including a tracksuit. After wearing the tracksuit only once, it's covered in bobbles. It's clear that the clothing is of a very poor quality and cheaply made. Live chat support told me to use a razor to remove the bobbles and ended the chat. Terrible products, horrible service and worst clothing company I've ever purchased from. Will never use again and highly recommend you avoid.

Expected to wait over a week for items, terrible customer service force you to repeat yourself multiple times. Would not cancel order even though items have not been dispatched... Avoid

Men tracksuit
I bought a tracksuit last week, with their next day delivery option. A week after the customer service says I need to wait until 11th of November. I got in touch with Hermes delivery just to find out they don’t have the parcel. The tracking number provided is not real. This is a proper scam, reading other reviews it’s also systematic. I will report the business.
Don’t buy anything from their website, it’s a fake shop.Although they have occasionally got problems, I've been buying since December and spent hundreds. It's not a fake shop. Better get unlimited next day deliery for the year
£60+ worth of clothes
Thursday 3rd
I ordered and paid for next day delivery, hours before the 10PM cut off time. I needed next day delivery because I go on holiday on Tuesday 8th (5 days from when the order was made).
Friday 4th
My next day delivery order had not arrived.
I contacted BoohooMan through Facebook who told me my order had been sent to the incorrect depot and as a gesture of goodwill, they offered me a coupon code that would give me free next day delivery on my next order.
Saturday 5th
My next day delivery order still hadn't arrived. I was told my order was in transit and to wait another 48-72 hours. I asked if my order could just be sent again from the warehouse as I could not risk my clothes arriving after my holiday departure. I was told by this was not possible.
Sunday 6th
Using Track My Order, I could see that my order was infact not in transit but still sitting at the incorrect depot. Knowing my order was probably not going to arrive before my holiday departure on Tuesday 8th, I reordered my entire order and tried to use the gesture of goodwill coupon code but it resulted in the error message "%1$s" so had to pay full price praying it would arrive for Tuesday.
Monday 7th
My original order showed as still sitting in the incorrect depot despite being told it was in transit. My new order showed as being dispatched.
Tuesday 8th
My new order arrived just before my holiday departure and old order showing as still sitting in the incorrect depot which begs the question, why could the order not be resent from the warehouse after being told this was not a possibility?
So, 5 days after paying for next day delivery, my order still hasn't arrived. God knows if it will arrive when im back from holiday. Probably not.
I spoke to a total of 8 people, all of which didn't read the prior messages in the thread which was extremely frustrating.
They missed the point that I needed my order before holiday departure.
They refused to send me a review link which I asked for 4 times.
They refused to refund the delivery charges on the original order despire the fact I'll have to send it back when it eventually arrives.
A truly awful, awful experience. This reivew would be somewhat positive if they had basic customer service skills. The could have:
Resent the order from the warehouse or refunded the full delivery costs.
Made sure the gesture of goodwill coupon code actually worked before sending it.
Sent me a review link when I asked the first time instead of the fourth time.
Read prior messages in the thread or use the same customer service advisor instead of 8 different people.
Don't lie to the customer and tell them an order is in transit when it's sitting at the incorrect depot. Would rate 0 if I could.Order at your own risk
They wouldn’t let me give one star cause I would. I placed an order for 5-6 shipping. I didn’t see any movement on tracking. Reached out and they informed I need to wait a month to receiving shipping. Order at your own risk. They won’t reship of issue a refund we.

Excellent delivery response to my first order. I ordered a Taupe Blazor, size 38, which had all the correct size labels attached. Unfortunately the jacket inside showed it was size 40. Hard to understand this error but was disappointing. I can wear it but the fit is not as I would have liked.
