I was halfway through trying it on when I realised it was what I needed — after a bad back and a house move I wanted something comfy and smart. The team's advice beforehand settled me, and the jacket arrived in two days. Fit was spot on from suggested measurements, and deep pockets were a surprise.
Proper warm and neat
Honestly, it's a really good jacket — kept me warm and looks sharp. I saw it on a mate's Instagram and then tried it on in a local shop; the materials feel solid and the design actually works for wind and wet. I had a quick query about delivery and their customer service sorted it, polite and helpful. Feels like decent value for what you get, honest.

I bought a waterproof trench with a removable down layer and it’s unexpectedly versatile — light enough for milder days, properly warm when zipped up. The staff know their stuff, they're patient, they're really good at explaining the down tech; they even let me try the SnowRoom set to -15°C which, odd as it sounds, helped me decide. On the other hand it felt a bit busy and sizes seemed inconsistent, and prices are on the steeper side, so expect to think twice. Overall I’m pleased, surprised by the SnowRoom, and glad I popped in rather than ordering blind.
Poorly handled delivery
a magnetic security tag still attached. That tells me the item left the warehouse unchecked. The packaging itself didn’t scream rough handling, so it felt like carelessness rather than courier damage.
