Beautiful chemise
So pleased a bought this lavender chemise. Material is so soft and smooth. I love the pretty lace edging it looks so gorgeous on. Sizing is good. The little slit on the chemise really adds to the pretty design.

Lovely Nightwear! The range is too awesome, it is comfortable and easy. There are also some sexy and hot stuff, appealing for nights. In case you know, you love those kind of nightwear, so it is perfect.

Lingrie
Boux Avenue sent my order and informed me that certain products were out of stock. I had to place another order quickly as they were for my wife's birthday at the end of the week. Evri emailed to say that the orders were out for delivery and on 3 occasions lied about trying to deliver (I double checked our CCTV to make sure we didn't miss them). They then twice said that the order was too big and required a specialist courier (for size 6 underwear??). I contacted Boux Avenue who said that Evri were sending the orders back and asked if I would like them re-delivered. 3 hours later I replied and told them yes if they use an alternative courier or deliver to a parcelshop for me to collect. 2 days later I received an email advising me of a refund (this is now 3 weeks after the original order was placed. Customer Services told me it was too late to send them back out now and I would have to re-order everything again then closed the webchat on me. I've been back to the website and none of the products are now listed. I don't know if it was a joke but she offered me £10 worth of points if I signed up for a VIP account. As if I would shop there again! Going to have to work hard to find something else for my wife's birthday present now, especially as it's now 2 weeks late! Please pass on my thanks to your colleagues and line manager for ruining my wife's birthday.
Bras
Items are not true to size and from cheap fabrics. I had to buy different sizes in different styles. Definitely style over substance. Boux Avenue are quick to take your money, but if there are any issues with your purchase they are slow to process returns, and have an ineffective customer services department. Avoid buying online, get fitted correctly in-store. Preferably from a reputable lingerie brand.
Slippers
I bought a pair of slippers and they turned up with the stitching undone on the front. I sent pictures of the faulty goods, including spotless soles to show they had not even been worn and was told several times they couldn’t find my account and then eventually made me send them back. I then only got a partial refund. They don’t reply to emails. The customer service is awful as is the quality of the goods. Won’t be using again
