no zip or buttons, just a tuck-in pocket. Fine if you don't mind faffing, but I would have preferred a proper closure.
Decent fit, no fuss
I needed a proper mattress protector after a previous cheap one leaked and kept shifting, so I ordered this fully enclosed cover. It arrived quickly and neatly packed. Feels a bit firm under the sheets, not clingy, and you can’t hear it when you turn over — which I was worried about. Fits snugly and stays put, so I’m happy with it.
Tiny wins, bigger problems
Overall it's useful for the bits I need around the house, but the order handling let it down. They sent the wrong items and still charged me the full amount, which was tedious. It arrived as a squashed little packet pushed through the letterbox (so not what I expected). I'm partly disabled and don't dash to every small delivery, yet the company seemed to lecture me for not opening it straight away — no apology, just brisk blame. The product itself does the job, mostly, but the service spoiled the experience.
Spare sheets on the chair
There's usually a spare set of sheets folded on my chair. I buy bed linen and a few kitchen towels from them for everyday use. Fabrics feel soft and hold up after multiple washes. Ordering is straightforward, though the site can be a bit fussy sometimes. Customer replies come within a few hours and any problem is usually fixed within 48 hours. Not flawless, but reliable enough that I keep coming back.
Postcode palaver in town
could they email me the address DPD had recorded? DPD wouldn’t share it. I owned up to typing the wrong postcode, so fair enough, that was on me. The odd bit was support. The agent got defensive and wouldn’t even give his name. He went on about how I should enter postcodes properly, which, fine — lesson learned — but he literally had the address on his screen and couldn’t be bothered to send a quick email. He phoned back later and read the street out. I asked again for an email because it was noisy and I couldn’t note it down. No email arrived. We ended up fetching the parcel ourselves from where it had been dropped. So yeah, it works eventually. It’s just clunky and a bit awkward. I laughed about it afterwards, but at the time it was unnecessary hassle. If you order, double-check your postcode and ask for written confirmation the moment you speak to someone. Small changes — a name, a short email, a bit more patience — would make a big difference.
Properly pleased
really happy — would buy again. We run a couple of holiday lets and needed hard-wearing towels, bed linen and kitchen cloths after a few dodgy suppliers. To be honest I was wary at first as I hadn't heard of them, but we ordered about 14 months ago. Delivery was quick and everything matched the descriptions. I waited over a year to see how they washed and they're still in good nick; I reckon they'll do at least two more seasons. Glad we tried them.
