I've been shopping at this company for years now and I recently got myself a lovely pair of green suede shoes, a Liberty print silk blouse, and a matching jersey skirt from their store. I always find their products to be top quality and their range of colours and styles always draws me in for more. The brand's unique and quirky British style really sets them apart from others, and whenever I wear their clothes, I feel happy and confident. The customer service I've received from them has always been outstanding, with their friendly and helpful staff always going the extra mile to help with any questions or problems I may have. Overall, I'm really happy with my recent purchase and I'll definitely be sticking with this wonderful company as a loyal customer.
Cashmere blend socks
I received a lovely pair of cashmere blend socks from Brora as a gift recently, and I have to say they are just gorgeous - so soft and warm! What's even better is that they don't dig into my ankles like some other socks do, which is a big relief. The comfort factor is top-notch, especially on those chilly winter days when all I want is to snuggle up in toasty socks. However, the downside is the durability. Despite being extra careful with them (handwashing only, never worn with shoes), they started getting holes after just a few weeks of wear. It's pretty disappointing, especially considering how much I paid for them. I got in touch with Brora to talk about this issue, and I really hope they take my feedback on board and figure out a way to make their products sturdier. It would be such a shame for such lovely and comfy socks to end up going to waste because they didn't last long enough.
Clothing items
I bought some clothes from this shop not too long ago, but I had a pretty bad time dealing with their customer service. The clothes were alright, nothing amazing, but when there was an issue with the delivery address, the customer care was really not up to scratch. It felt like they were more concerned with avoiding helping me rather than actually fixing the problem. Maybe their system auto-filled the wrong address, but instead of owning up to it and making it right, they just left me without my purchase. It's been a really frustrating situation all round.
Knitwear garments
As a regular customer of this brand, I just have to say how impressed I am with the quality of the knitwear I've bought. The attention to detail in the finishing is really noticeable, and the use of natural materials for buttons gives it a luxurious touch. I've found that the knitwear lasts a long time and doesn't get all bobbly like cheaper options out there. I really value the top-notch quality that this brand always provides.
Cashmere baby coat purchase for christening gift
I recently bought a cashmere baby coat to give as a present for a christening. It was quite pricey and special, so I made sure to ask for a gift box when I placed the order. However, when it arrived, I was a bit let down as it was just in a plastic bag inside a plain brown box. I was hoping for a more stylish and thoughtful packaging, especially given the cost of the coat. I think for a luxury item like this, the presentation should have been better to really make the gifting experience stand out. As a customer, I appreciate the small details that show a brand is dedicated to giving a top-notch experience, and unfortunately, this time it didn't quite meet my expectations.
Faulty orders
I've made two orders recently, and both turned up with faults. One jumper had a hole in it, and a blouse had ripped button holes. When I got in touch about it, they told me it was down to temporary staff during the sales period. But I don't think that's a good enough excuse - a high-end company should be able to spot obvious damage like that, no matter who's working. It just looks like they don't really care.
Dress quality disappointing
The dresses I got from that shop were really bad quality. I tried my best to wash them properly, but they both ended up shrinking loads and now they don't fit at all. On top of that, a white shirt I bought started falling apart after only a few wears - the sleeve cuff elastic snapped, so now one of my arms looks all baggy.
Cardigan
I bought a cardigan from that store recently and it was a disaster. I got the one with a small imperfection on the front, so they had to order a new one for me. When I eventually got it and tried it on, it looked completely different from the one I had tried on in the shop. It was a different shape and just didn't suit me at all.
Jumper for a Christmas present
I bought a really nice jumper from this shop as a Christmas gift. But it didn't fit the person I got it for, so we took it back yesterday. To our surprise, we were told that they couldn't give us a refund because it had been over 14 days since we bought it. They only offered us a voucher to use within a year. I thought this was a bit unfair, especially at Christmas when lots of people are buying gifts that might need to be returned.
High-end clothing
The website is honestly terrible. I mean, we sell really nice clothes, so it's pretty embarrassing that our site is so old-fashioned and hard to use. Looking for stuff is a nightmare, the filters hardly work, and going back to search results is just a nightmare. The whole experience for customers is just really disappointing and annoying. Brora seriously needs to up their game online or people will start going elsewhere to shop where it's easier.
Green hat & snood
I have been buying from Brora for over 20 years and have never been disappointed.

About Brora
Cashmere is a sought after and expensive material, regularly utilized in very good quality dress and textile items. Cashmere is known for its softness quality delivering an elegant feel. It is from the delicate fleece under a layer of a cashmere goats coat. These fibres are of a very fine diameter which is the reason cashmere feels so delicate. It is a high loft fibre which converts into an elegant, lavish texture with a sleek feel. When appropriately taken care of, cashmere really gets milder with age. It is a lightweight texture in contrast with the warmth it offers. Cashmereattire is not heavy, which makes it simple to travel with, it won't occupy a lot of space in your bag and doesn't wrinkle, making it a perfect texture for travel apparel when you won't always have an iron available. In addition to the fact that cashmere keeps you warm without including bulk, it additionally has natural stretch, so you can move effectively while wearing it. Many individuals dodge fleece because of the scratchy feeling against the skin. Cashmere is soft and feels incredible against the skin as the strands are a lot better than fleece and are spun firmly to create a smooth delicate surface. One such company that claims to comprehend the many benefits of Cashmere is Brora. It is to this end that it focuses on offering fashionable cashmere clothing. Reading honest reviews of Brora here is one such way to learn more about the company and its assortment of products and service delivery.
