I'm done with them. I bought their 'mystery colour' trousers on a 50% off sale and, true to form, got this dreadful, muddy brown that looks awful on me. Because it was a sale item it was final sale, so no returns. I left a blunt, honest review on their website and it never appeared. Then I checked the feedback section and found two or three middling three-star comments and the rest were all five stars — weirdly consistent, if you ask me. They did email a $10 discount after I complained. The fabric and fit were actually okay, oddly, but I still won't be ordering again.
