The backpack I bought from your shop was great, really roomy and just what I needed in terms of size. But I was a bit let down when the zipper pulls fell off the first time I used them. It felt like a quality problem that shouldn't have happened so quickly after buying it. But I did like that there were extra pulls included with the backpack.
Running shoes
I recently bought a pair of running shoes from this company, but when they arrived, they looked nothing like the ones on their website. The design was totally off, and it was obvious they sent me the wrong item. I quickly filled out a contact form on their site to sort it out, but it's disappointing that I haven't heard anything back from them. This lack of communication has left me feeling really frustrated and unhappy with the whole customer experience.
Large gym backpack purchase
This backpack has been by my side for more than a year and has shown itself to be really strong and dependable. It can easily carry my laptop and gym stuff, so it's the perfect bag for everyday use. I would definitely suggest it to anyone looking for a solid and roomy backpack.
Small mint green backpack with mark issue
I bought this little mint green backpack from this company, and although I loved the design and how much it could hold, I ended up running into a bit of a problem. When it arrived, I spotted a mark on the front of it. For the amount of money I forked out for it, I was pretty gutted to see that flaw.
Customizable backpack with patches
The backpack quality is really good, but they should think about the prices for the patches. It would make more sense to have a deal for both alphabet and numerical patches to save money for customers. It doesn't make sense to pay nearly as much for the patches as for the backpack just to personalise it.
Overpriced backpack purchase
I bought a really expensive backpack from this company not long ago, and I was pretty gutted when it turned out to be faulty. The quality just didn't match up to the high price, and I found it really annoying to have to go through the whole process of returning and exchanging it. I thought a company that specialises in sports gear would have better standards. All in all, it was a bit of a let-down.
Large ergonomic backpack
I recently bought a really great ergonomic backpack from this company and I have to say, it totally blew me away! The quality is amazing, and it has so much room for all my workout gear - like two pairs of shoes, two big water bottles, my belt, and other bits and bobs. The design is really smart too, making sure everything fits in just right and is easy to grab during my long three-hour training sessions. I’ve had backpacks from other brands before, but none of them even come close to this one in terms of how well it works and how comfy it is.
Backpack purchase disappointment
I bought a new backpack recently and it doesn't seem as sturdy as the one I got years back. The materials feel thinner and the straps are softer, which worries me. I really hope this doesn't mean a drop in quality.
