the site said free postage, then charged me, they asked for my postcode to "fix it", and their replies slowed right after they had my cash. One shirt never arrived at first, then came later, but wrong size — that was annoying. Phone just went to an answerphone telling me to email. If you try them, double-check sizes and be ready to chase. Felt relieved when the bulk turned up, honestly.
Delivery was a mixed bag

Soft shirts, messy delivery — but I’m impressed
one of the two shirts I paid for didn’t arrive in the first box. I tried calling the numbers on the site and, erm, the lines were dead. Not ideal, that was my first red flag. I emailed instead and got a reply from a man called Rudy saying there’d been a note and the missing shirt would come separately. Fine, I thought, patience. Three weeks later and still nothing. I chased again and after a bit of back-and-forth he said there were licensing problems and offered a refund. At first it was only a partial refund, I had to nag to get the full amount back — annoying, but eventually sorted. There was also a moment when he suggested a 50% discount plus free shipping as a way to make up for the mess, which I accepted — only for him to later backtrack and say he wouldn’t honour it and to stop emailing. That was blunt and a bit rude, and frankly I felt brushed off. Still, to be fair, the shirts that did arrive are really good quality and fit true to size. The colours are vibrant and haven’t faded after a couple of washes, and the fabric has softened further so they’re even comfier now. I’ve had smoother experiences with other sellers when it comes to customer service — where they’ve been quick and clear — but I also know mix-ups happen. If the company tightened up their communication and actually answered the phone, I’d be tempted to buy again because the product itself is worth the money. For now, I’m happy with what I’m wearing, a bit wary of their order management, and I’d advise anyone to keep an eye on their inbox and insist on confirmation if something’s missing. Overall: nice shirts, messy process.
Misplaced parcels and patience running out
I thought a bit of patience would do — ordered in early December for everyday use, figured it would arrive in time for the silly little routine I’ve got (new headphones to replace the ones that fell apart on the Tube). Instead I got a tracking number, watched it like a hawk and then… it was marked as delivered, but not to me. To some other city. Right, okay. I rang — no answer. Emailed — they replied after a bit saying oops, wrong tracking, here’s the right one. I tracked that and, surprise, delivered again, but again to somewhere else. I phoned again, left it, nothing. I’ve been chasing this now for weeks; I haven’t had the headphones, I haven’t plugged them in, I haven’t enjoyed my commute. I paid extra for shipping, which makes it worse — you expect at least that to mean they know where the parcel is. I get that it was the busy season, fine, but a month and counting with patchy replies is just annoying. The customer emails were a bit helpful but slow, and I’m left wondering whether the company even checks their tracking before sending it. Slightly funny, in a tragic kind of way, but mostly just frustrating.
