I bought this calendar expecting it to arrive really fast, but it's been ages and it's still not here. It's frustrating because Royal Mail can deliver to France in just 2 days, so why does DHL take so long? And when I contacted customer service about the delay, they just shrugged it off and laughed. Not going to order from them again!
Disney family calendar purchase
It was my first time ordering from this website, and I thought I'd change things up a bit by getting a Disney family calendar instead of the usual. I placed my order on the 14th of December and got an email saying it was sent out on the 16th. The calendar showed up either on the 22nd or 23rd of December. The service was fine, no problems there. However, I wasn't completely wowed by the calendar itself, but that's on me for not reading the description properly before buying. Still, I might give this service another go in the future.
2022 Wall Calendar
I recently purchased a 2022 wall calendar from this website and I was really impressed with how easy it was to navigate the site. The ordering process was quick and smooth, and I received my calendar in no time at all. I've never come across a website that was so sleek and simple to use before. It was amazing!
Bought a calendar
So, I ordered this calendar on the 28th of December, and then I waited and waited, but it didn't arrive. Calendar Club said it was delivered, but it wasn't. I even emailed them and left a review on their site, but no one replied. I just wanted my calendar or my money back, you know? Anyway, fast forward to the 20th of January, and I finally got my order. I'm not sure if it's the original one or a new one because Calendar Club didn't even bother to let me know. But hey, at least I got my calendar in the end.
Calendars
I've been getting calendars from this place for about 2 years now. They always arrive in really good condition and super quickly. I'm always impressed by how well they're packed and how fast they arrive. I have no complaints whatsoever and I'll definitely continue ordering my calendars from here.
Delayed delivery
I bought something from this company and I was really let down by how long it took for the delivery to arrive. They said it would be Royal Mail 2nd class, but the first time I used them, it took more than a month for the package to get to me. This time, I've been waiting for one and a half weeks since they sent it out and still nothing has arrived. When I got in touch with their customer service to ask about my order, they weren't very helpful and didn't give me any clear answers. It seems like they might ship stuff from abroad, have a lot of chaos behind the scenes, or just make things when they're ordered, which explains the long waits. Sadly, I won't be using this company again because I can't rely on their delivery times and their customer service was pretty poor.
Broken calendar covers
I purchased these awesome calendar covers, but they were completely damaged. They were ripped and didn't fit my calendars properly. It's disappointing because I was looking forward to using them to protect my calendars, but they're unusable now. The seller must have known they were faulty too!
Calendar purchase
I bought a calendar from a local shop near Christmas, but I didn't have a great time. The lady working there was quite rude and not very professional when I wanted to buy it. She was on the phone chatting away and didn't pay us any attention when we asked about the calendar. The service we got was really not up to scratch and it definitely didn't leave us feeling good.
Address and birthday book
I recently picked up a really handy address and birthday book from Calendar Club in Nuneaton Ropewalk. It's just the right size and has all the features I was looking for. Big shoutout to the incredibly helpful lady who placed the order for me online and gave me a heads up when it was good to collect. Also, the packaging was top-notch!
Delayed order for Christmas calendar
I ordered a Christmas calendar on the 26th of November, but it still hasn't been sent out yet. Looks like it won't make it in time for Christmas or New Year. Trying to reach customer service by phone is a nightmare too, with super long queues and calls getting disconnected for no reason. Oh, and I've even received two feedback emails before my order is even sorted out. Definitely steer clear of this company!
Calendars
I had a really annoying time trying to buy some calendars from this website. It took me ages to go through all the choices and pick out the ones I liked. But then, just as I was about to pay, the website crashed and I lost my chance to complete the purchase. This kept happening again and again, and it was so frustrating and such a waste of time. In the end, I had to give up and find calendars from somewhere else.
Bought 2 calendars
So, right, I popped into this calendar shop earlier, and you won't believe what I saw. The guy behind the counter was actually having a nap! Crazy, right? My mate and I still managed to pay for our calendars, but then we saw this other bloke walk out with two without paying! It was like the guy working there couldn't give two hoots. I'm not sure if he's just got too much on his plate or if he's just a bit lazy, but y'know, it's not really on for the shop. Folks shouldn't be able to take what they want like that!
Calendar
I recently bought a calendar online and I was really let down by the service. Even though they're a big brand with stores in lots of places, their online service wasn't up to scratch. I placed my order on a Saturday, but it took them a whole week to even acknowledge it and tell me it was on its way. And then they said it would take another 5-7 days to be delivered. The lack of communication was really annoying, and it's making me think twice about using them again next year. It was just a bit of a disappointing experience all around, they could have easily made it better with some clearer communication.
Football calendar gift
I received a football calendar for Christmas and it was fantastic! Ordering it was a breeze, they had it available, and the communication was really helpful. The delivery came right on time and the calendar was of great quality. The person I gave it to absolutely loved it. Thanks a lot, I will definitely return for more in the future!
2024 calendar purchase
I bought a calendar for 2024 from this company's website. However, when it arrived, it was bent in half in transit. It was made in Germany and had days of the week in over half a dozen different languages. The month title was placed oddly at the bottom, and there was too much text in different languages, leaving little space for the dates, which made them hard to read and use.
Calendar purchase for Christmas gift
Don't worry about the idea that older or disabled people might not get good service - I was actually really impressed by the help I got at Calendar Club! The girl who helped me was so lovely and not only really useful but also super friendly. She didn't treat me like I was bothering her at all, and she spent time helping me find the perfect calendar for my friend. I felt like they really cared about me as a customer, and I'm grateful for the fantastic service. The whole experience was really nice, and I walked out of the shop feeling happy with my purchase.
Defective calendar purchase
I have to say, I was a bit gutted when I first got my calendar and it had a fault. But, the customer service team totally made up for it. Kaia got back to my emails super fast, and once I sent some photos she sorted out a replacement calendar without any hassle. Really impressed with the quick and top-notch service!
Penguin calendar
I recently bought a Penguin calendar from Calendar Club and I must say, it was excellent. The quality was really top-notch and it arrived promptly and in perfect condition. I can't find any faults with it and I really appreciate the care taken in packaging and shipping it. I know that some people might have different opinions, but I can only share my own positive experience.
Jigsaws for parents
I bought some jigsaw puzzles for my folks and they were really good quality. They arrived right on schedule which was great. I was well chuffed with the service and would definitely buy from them again.
