I only relaxed once the camera turned up, if I’m honest, as I hadn’t used this shop before and it wasn’t a small purchase. The order confirmation arrived almost straight away, then they let me know Christmas might slow things down a bit. Fair enough. Four days later, it was at my door, packed really securely and in perfect condition. That was the point I knew I’d made the right choice. The clear updates were a nice surprise too. I’d happily order from them again.
Christmas panic, nicely avoided
I’d convinced myself the camera would vanish into the usual December courier black hole, but it turned up safely and properly wrapped. My husband ordered one earlier this year, so this was our second go, and both times the whole thing felt straightforward. Updates came through quickly, and when I emailed with my slightly frazzled questions, someone actually replied fast and gave me a call too. The camera itself feels solid and easy to get on with for everyday photos. Price was fair as well, no complaints really.
That moment of relief
I only realised how relieved I was when I opened the box and saw the corner protectors — small detail but it made me relax. I’d been hunting for a 5D on Black Friday and this shop had the best price, so I took a punt. The website said next-day delivery, but they messaged saying it’d be two to three working days because of the sale; annoyingly honest, which I appreciated. Used the chat with a quick, clear answer about warranty. Been stung by slow sellers before, so it was a nice change to get good packing, good communication and fuss-free handling. I’ll buy from them again.
A small gamble that paid off
I'm genuinely pleased — took a chance on a seller I'd never heard of and it paid off. I was a bit wary at first (had one too many dodgy online purchases years ago), so I paid via PayPal and watched the tracking like it's a live football score. It wasn't literally next day — bank holiday plus that surprise snowfall delayed things to four days — but honestly fair enough. The camera arrived very well packed, exactly as described, and the little courtesy call to check it had arrived was unexpected and quite nice. So scepticism turned into relief. Price was good, service polite, delivery slightly slower than the name suggested but overall I'd happily order from them again in future too.
