I've recently popped into this store at the last minute to find a 70s or 80s costume for my son's school event. The staff there, Issy and Melanie, were absolutely amazing. Even though it was almost closing time, they went out of their way to help us. They not only helped us come up with some creative costume ideas but also managed to deal with my fussy 11-year-old son very patiently and kindly. Thanks to their exceptional service, we left the store feeling really happy and thankful.
Faulty item query resolved efficiently
I had a problem with something I bought and got in touch with customer service for help. I was really happy with how quickly and well they sorted out my issue. The person I spoke to was helpful, polite, and fixed things straight away. I thought they were really professional and knew their stuff. Traffic cone costume
I bought a traffic cone costume from this shop not long ago. The design was really cool, but I was a bit let down when I discovered that the foam underneath ripped after only wearing it for a day. It's a shame that the costume isn't more durable.

A cool hoodie
Hey, so I had to give them a ring to ask about my hoodie that hadn't turned up, and the person on the other end of the line was really lovely and helpful. They understood the issue straight away and sorted it out there and then. I was over the moon when my hoodie finally arrived, thanks a lot!
Lithium batteries
The lithium batteries from this company are really good quality and are much cheaper than other brands. I've found that they last just as long in my blink camera as other batteries, and I've also been using them in other devices instead of alkaline batteries because they're better for the environment. The customer service is brilliant too. They sorted out a problem quickly when I received the wrong size battery in my last order, and they were really helpful and friendly when communicating with me. Overall, this company is definitely the best choice for batteries.
Dress exchange
I bought something from Cazaar the other day and had to swap a dress because it was too big. It was a breeze thanks to the great service from Abby. I really liked how she helped me find the right size. And guess what? The dress was even cheaper than on Amazon! That was a nice surprise. All in all, I'm really happy with my time at Cazaar and I'll definitely think about going back there again.

High-quality product, accurate description
I bought this really good product from the shop recently and I have to say, I was really impressed by how accurate the description was. Bike helmet
I accidentally ordered the wrong bike helmet, but they were really quick in sending me the correct one the next day. They didn't even ask for the wrong one back. That's what I call good customer service!
Dehydrator replacement
I needed to get a new dehydrator as mine had stopped working. The customer service at this store was absolutely fantastic! They got back to me really fast and managed to send out a replacement within only 2 days. I was so surprised at how speedy they were! It was easily the best customer service I've received in ages.
