Was ready to write this off as a novelty flop. Took the hat to the park; soft inside, a bit floppy, sits odd. They sent a replacement next day, all sorted.
Wrong flag, sorted
I wasn’t sure about ordering — had a rubbish delivery once — but when the wrong flag arrived I messaged them, they apologised and sent the correct one. Quite relieved, and a bit impressed.
Bit of a snag
Odd start — parcel held up by Evri, not their fault, but customer service were really brill and sorted it fast. I got my order just two days later, which was a real relief. Good prices, clear messages, cheers — would recommend, honestly.
Nearly put off, glad I didn't
Weird start — saw these Gonks on Instagram, gave them a go and one arrived smashed. I was wary, but Melanie sorted a replacement fast, delivery fab — told my mate.
Reluctant bunny purchase
Oddly, I nearly didn't get this little solar bunny — I thought it might look cheap. Used it in the front garden last evening and was pleasantly surprised; it lights up just like the photos, arrived quickly and the price felt fair.
Quick delivery, tricky sizing

Rainy Tuesday rescue
On a rainy Tuesday I was scrolling Instagram and saw one of their costumes — my mate had sent me the link, so I ordered on a whim. The site is easy to use and prices are among the best for fancy dress. I chose next‑day delivery because I needed it for Saturday, but somewhere during checkout the delivery switched back to standard (I only noticed after paying). I emailed them, not expecting much, and to my surprise they found my order and upgraded postage for free. It might still have been tight for the weekend, but they tried hard and that counted. I've told my sister about them.
Clockwatching for a costume
I’d ordered a fancy dress on Thursday because we had a mate’s birthday bash on Saturday and I really needed something decent (my old outfit tore the week before — long story). Paid for next‑day, got a shipping notice that oddly said 48 hours with the courier. rang straight away, spoke to someone helpful (Melanie, I think) who said they dispatch next‑day with that service so it should be okay. Friday nothing arrived. Saturday the tracking app showed the parcel at the local hub and listed for delivery that day — looked good until it stayed at the same status at 4.30pm; our courier is usually round by four so I started to suspect it wouldn’t turn up. I called again, Melanie was calm, explained options and said if it missed the delivery I could refuse it and they’d get it back. Sunday the driver did turn up, I refused as instructed. The moment I knew I was satisfied was Monday morning when Melanie emailed to confirm they’d received notice of the refusal and had already issued a full refund — quick, no faff. I was sceptical beforehand because of the mixed messages about the service, and because I’d been burned by late deliveries before, but the way they sorted the refund and the clear communication changed that. So, not flawless on delivery timing, but solid on handling problems and refunds, which matters to me.
Comfortable sofa purchase
Although one of the cushions was missing when the sofa arrived, the customer service team sorted it out really quickly by sending a replacement, which arrived promptly. The sofa is comfy and good quality for what I paid.
Item with issues
I recently bought something from this company and had a little problem with it. So, I got in touch with their customer services team for help and they were really great. The lady I talked to was so friendly and knew exactly what she was doing. She sorted out my issue quickly and professionally, making the whole thing really easy and nice. It's obvious that this company really cares about their customers, and I really appreciate the good experience I had with them.
Gazeebo
I recently bought a Gazeebo from Cazaar from a third-party seller. The surprise was that it arrived in just 2 days when I was expecting to wait for 10 days. It was in perfect condition, all complete with nothing missing. The quick delivery and the quality of the product made me really happy. So, thanks a lot, Paul.
Faulty product refund
I recently bought something from Cazaar and it turned out to be faulty, which was a bit disappointing. But I have to give credit to Manager Melanie for her excellent service. She dealt with the refund quickly and made sure I was looked after. Even though it was a hassle to get a faulty item, I was really impressed with how fast they sorted it out.
Some cool stuff
Wow, I recently ordered some really cool stuff from this place and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they sent it out. Initially, I was worried there might be an issue with my order, but they managed to sort it out in no time. The customer service was absolutely fantastic, they were incredibly helpful. Authenticity concern
I can't believe the nerve of this company! I placed an order and they went and cancelled it because they suddenly had doubts about its authenticity. But hold on a minute, didn't they tell me it was authentic when I specifically checked with them before placing the order? It's crazy how they didn't even consider the hassle I've been through, especially now that Black Friday deals are no longer on offer.
Costume for World Book Day
I ordered a costume for World Book Day from your shop and I must say, I was really impressed with the service I got. The whole ordering process went very smoothly and efficiently. Defective batteries replacement
I bought some batteries from Cazaar not long ago, but they ended up being faulty. When I got in touch with customer service about it, I was really pleased with how quickly and helpfully they dealt with the situation. Melaine was particularly great and got a fresh set of batteries sent over to me promptly. Happy to say that these replacement batteries are doing the job just fine. I've deducted a star from my rating because of the hiccup with the first set of faulty batteries, not because of the fantastic response and fix from the company. All in all, I'm really pleased with the service I got.
