Comfortable sofa purchase
Although one of the cushions was missing when the sofa arrived, the customer service team sorted it out really quickly by sending a replacement, which arrived promptly. The sofa is comfy and good quality for what I paid.
Item with issues
I recently bought something from this company and had a little problem with it. So, I got in touch with their customer services team for help and they were really great. The lady I talked to was so friendly and knew exactly what she was doing. She sorted out my issue quickly and professionally, making the whole thing really easy and nice. It's obvious that this company really cares about their customers, and I really appreciate the good experience I had with them.
Gazeebo
I recently bought a Gazeebo from Cazaar from a third-party seller. The surprise was that it arrived in just 2 days when I was expecting to wait for 10 days. It was in perfect condition, all complete with nothing missing. The quick delivery and the quality of the product made me really happy. So, thanks a lot, Paul.
Faulty product refund
I recently bought something from Cazaar and it turned out to be faulty, which was a bit disappointing. But I have to give credit to Manager Melanie for her excellent service. She dealt with the refund quickly and made sure I was looked after. Even though it was a hassle to get a faulty item, I was really impressed with how fast they sorted it out.
Some cool stuff
Wow, I recently ordered some really cool stuff from this place and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they sent it out. Initially, I was worried there might be an issue with my order, but they managed to sort it out in no time. The customer service was absolutely fantastic, they were incredibly helpful. I would definitely give them 5 stars!
Authenticity concern
I can't believe the nerve of this company! I placed an order and they went and cancelled it because they suddenly had doubts about its authenticity. But hold on a minute, didn't they tell me it was authentic when I specifically checked with them before placing the order? It's crazy how they didn't even consider the hassle I've been through, especially now that Black Friday deals are no longer on offer.
Costume for World Book Day
I ordered a costume for World Book Day from your shop and I must say, I was really impressed with the service I got. The whole ordering process went very smoothly and efficiently. Defective batteries replacement
I bought some batteries from Cazaar not long ago, but they ended up being faulty. When I got in touch with customer service about it, I was really pleased with how quickly and helpfully they dealt with the situation. Melaine was particularly great and got a fresh set of batteries sent over to me promptly. Happy to say that these replacement batteries are doing the job just fine. I've deducted a star from my rating because of the hiccup with the first set of faulty batteries, not because of the fantastic response and fix from the company. All in all, I'm really pleased with the service I got.

I bought some costumes for World Book Day for me and my teaching mates the other day. But, I made a mistake and forgot to add two costumes to my order. When I got in touch with customer service, they were really helpful and let me cancel my first order and make a new one without any hassle. Now I'm looking forward to getting my hands on the costumes for World Book Day.
Last minute 70s or 80s costume for son
I've recently popped into this store at the last minute to find a 70s or 80s costume for my son's school event. The staff there, Issy and Melanie, were absolutely amazing. Even though it was almost closing time, they went out of their way to help us. They not only helped us come up with some creative costume ideas but also managed to deal with my fussy 11-year-old son very patiently and kindly. Thanks to their exceptional service, we left the store feeling really happy and thankful.

Traffic cone costume
I bought a traffic cone costume from this shop not long ago. The design was really cool, but I was a bit let down when I discovered that the foam underneath ripped after only wearing it for a day. It's a shame that the costume isn't more durable.

Hey, so I had to give them a ring to ask about my hoodie that hadn't turned up, and the person on the other end of the line was really lovely and helpful. They understood the issue straight away and sorted it out there and then. I was over the moon when my hoodie finally arrived, thanks a lot!
Lithium batteries
The lithium batteries from this company are really good quality and are much cheaper than other brands. I've found that they last just as long in my blink camera as other batteries, and I've also been using them in other devices instead of alkaline batteries because they're better for the environment. The customer service is brilliant too. They sorted out a problem quickly when I received the wrong size battery in my last order, and they were really helpful and friendly when communicating with me. Overall, this company is definitely the best choice for batteries.
Dress exchange
I bought something from Cazaar the other day and had to swap a dress because it was too big. It was a breeze thanks to the great service from Abby. I really liked how she helped me find the right size. And guess what? The dress was even cheaper than on Amazon! That was a nice surprise. All in all, I'm really happy with my time at Cazaar and I'll definitely think about going back there again.
Laptop case
