Awful! Do not buy! I bought an expensive bag on their website, used it 5 days and the handle ripped. I contacted customer services and basically was told it was my fault. Well I've had dozens of bags over the years and none have ripped after 5 days... especially since I only used it a few hours each day and I am very careful with my things, so the bag was clearly defected. I tried to get customer services to take some responsibility for items they sell and was told to take it to a repair shop as this was not their concern. I even got attitude from a Manager who replied to my email saying she would no longer reply to me! Rude! Honestly! Avoid!
