I was on the fence about this bottle warmer, thought it’d save time — my doubts didn’t vanish. At home and in the car it took ages; after twenty minutes the milk was still only lukewarm. It warms, but a Thermos of hot water is quicker.
Whoops, order rescued
I've been with Cherub Baby since my first arrived in 2020; recently I bumbled a second order — classic baby-brain — and messaged the team. They sorted the change quickly and politely, every reply clear and not too formal. Bottles and teats are brilliant, really. Delivery came faster than I'd expected, which was a nice surprise after some slow experiences elsewhere before, honestly.
Tiny submarines won me over
Halfway through the first jar, the baby scoffed it down — that's when I knew it worked. Started using during weaning, thought flavours smelled proper home-made. Bath toys are a cute bonus, but they're plastic and wrapped in throwaway film, could do with greener options.
Little victories, then bits that annoy
I bought these so‑called unbreakable glass bottles last summer because my little lad loved the shape — first few days they were great, honest, well, sort of. Then they started chipping and breaking annoyingly often, so I swapped to another brand only for him to flatly refuse the new teat. Ended up buying Cherub Baby teats which do the job but took ages to arrive, and I never got a replacement for the cracked bottle. Bit hit and miss really.
Nice cup, sadly fragile
it looks smart and feels smooth in the hand. Light for glass and seems hygienic. Then my toddler dropped it from about a metre and it shattered. That surprised me because the listing claims drop-proof up to 8 m. So that claim feels off. Apart from the breakage it worked as expected. Dispatch was slow, but the staff were polite.
