I was hesitant at first because I'd read mixed reviews and kept worrying it wouldn't arrive on time. I placed the order late on a Friday and, to my surprise, it turned up on Wednesday morning here in Northern Ireland. We use the pram almost every day — school runs, quick shops, and the odd muddy walk — and it's been reliable and fairly easy to fold and store. I phoned customer services with a small query; the person I spoke to was friendly and even sorted a little promotional toy for us. Bit pricey, but I'm happy overall.
Late parcel, poor support
I ordered a few toys and baby clothes for a friend in Rome right after she told me the baby had arrived. First impression was fine — I got a confirmation and then an email saying the order was being prepared. After that, nothing useful. Three weeks went by and I was chasing them. I wrote to support and used the chat several times. They sent two automatic emails — one about a delay — and then total silence. Eventually I discovered the parcel had been left at the local post office and no one had been told; my friend had been at home but never received a delivery attempt. Then the whole lot was sent back to the sender. Every time I asked the chat team they said they needed to 'investigate' and couldn't give a timescale. It felt like passing the buck. On the plus side, when my friend finally managed to collect the parcel — after I pushed the issue — the clothes looked nicer than the photos and were well packaged, which was a surprise. Still, the delivery and customer service made the whole thing stressful and time-consuming. I won't use them again without proof of reliable delivery.
