I've bought loads of stuff for my husband from this shop and I've always been really pleased with what I've received. Everything comes on time and it's all top-notch quality, which is important because my husband really likes fancy stuff. Plus, being able to pay in 3 instalments without any extra charges has been a big help in keeping the costs under control. The few times I've had to return something it's been because of sizing, but the refunds have been quick and they keep me updated on the progress. Overall, I'm really chuffed with my shopping experiences here.
Versace trainers
I recently bought some trendy trainers from this shop and they arrived really quickly the next day with my preferred courier, DPD. The price was fab and the delivery was lightning fast. The trainers were definitely authentic, just as I thought they would be. I didn't need to contact customer service but everything else was spot on. Thanks a lot, guys!
Excellent customer service
As someone who loves good fashion, I was really pleased with the amazing customer service I received at this store. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly and shown around their huge range of luxurious clothes. The staff knew a lot about the latest trends and were able to help me pick out the perfect items for my wardrobe. Even when a small problem popped up while I was shopping, the team sorted it out quickly and efficiently. I left feeling happy and sure that I had received top-notch service.

Missing and damaged item
I bought something from this shop not too long ago and when my order arrived, I noticed that one item was missing and the box it came in was all battered up. So, I got in touch with their customer service team and sent them all the proof, but they just ignored me completely and didn't even try to sort it out. It's really annoying and disappointing because I've lost out on some cash and their service was awful. I won't be buying anything from them again, that's for sure.
Recently ordered a jacket
I ordered a jacket from this store recently and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got. My item was sent out on the same day even though I placed my order quite late in the afternoon. When I needed to return the jacket because of sizing problems, they quickly sent me a replacement as soon as they got the return. What I liked the most was that they refunded the postage for the return, which isn't something you see very often. It was also easy to get in touch with them when I had questions because they actually have a contact number you can call. Overall, my experience with this store was really positive.
Belstaff hoodie
This was my first time shopping with this company, and I have to say I was really impressed. I decided to get a Belstaff hoodie because it was cheaper here than anywhere else I checked. I'd give the company 5 stars for their fast dispatch, free delivery, and the hoodie came nicely packaged in a box. It was even delivered by DPD, which I think is the most trustworthy delivery company, so that was an added bonus. All in all, I'm really pleased with how it all went and I'll definitely be coming back for more shopping in the future. Cheers!
CP Clothing hoodie
I bought my son a CP Clothing hoodie for Christmas, but we were really disappointed when we saw that the pocket thread had already come loose and made a hole after just one wear. We contacted both Circle Fashion and CP Clothing for an exchange, but they weren't helpful at all. It was frustrating to be accused of causing the defect when we didn't. The whole situation has left us feeling really unhappy and we're out of pocket, especially considering the expensive price of the hoodie. We won't be buying anything from them again and I would recommend others to be careful when shopping there.
Lost parcel dispute
I really cannot emphasise enough how strongly I advise against using this particular company. I've been caught up in an ongoing dispute since December concerning a lost parcel. Despite my best efforts, including contacting them multiple times and even getting DPD head office involved, I have received no response to my last two emails asking for an update. It's incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark without any kind of resolution or even a simple reply. Judging from other reviews, it seems I'm not the only one dealing with such poor service. I've mentioned several times that I'm pregnant, so the added stress is completely unwarranted. The lack of customer service shown by this company is shocking, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid them at all costs.

I recently bought something online from this company, and even though I was a bit unsure at first because of some bad reviews, I'm happy to say that it all went really well. The whole thing, from placing my order to getting it delivered, was smooth and quick. My order arrived without any problems and the stuff I bought was top-notch and a good deal. All in all, I'm happy with how it all went and would suggest this company to others.
