groceries at a discount
I've been a customer of this company for a while now, and I have to say, they never fail to impress me. Even though some of their products are past their best before date, they still taste just as good as any other brand out there. The variety of items they offer is really impressive, and I always manage to discover something new to try. Using DPD for delivery is a big bonus for me, as I've never had any problems receiving my orders on time. Being able to choose a different delivery date if needed is a great convenience that not many other companies offer. Overall, I'm really pleased with the service and products that Clearance XL provides.
Fast delivery items
I'm really disappointed with my recent experience at Clearance XL. I bought some items that were supposed to come quickly, but I still haven't got them. I even paid extra for faster delivery, but there's been no word on where my order is. And on top of that, the website is a nightmare to use now with all the annoying ads, it's a pain just trying to log in. I've used this company before and it's a shame this time has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
I got some cool stuff
I don't understand why some people can be so harsh in their reviews. It's like, you know what you're getting for the price you pay, don't you? Personally, I was satisfied with my purchase and didn't encounter any rude behaviour. Sure, there were a couple of items that weren't to my taste, but that's just my fussy nature coming through. Mystery Box
I thought the website was a bit of a mess with all those adverts everywhere. It was making it really hard to find what I was looking for, and I even ended up clicking on some random ad by mistake. After a bit of a struggle, I finally found the mystery box I wanted and placed an order. I went for the delivery option that promised to get it to me in 1-5 days, but I ended up waiting 7 days, which was a bit annoying. To top it off, I tried to chat with customer service to figure out what was going on, but never got a reply.

Oh, it's such a laugh! I ordered two mystery boxes and couldn't wait to open them up, but they arrived in a right state thanks to the delivery company. Luckily, my bank sorted me out with a refund, but the whole thing was just a letdown. I definitely won't be buying from them again in the future.
Mustard, mayonnaise, tonic, and other items with best before dates of 6/22 and 11/21
On 11/21, I got my order and was a bit disappointed because it had lots of mustard, mayonnaise, and tonic with nearing best before dates. Normally, I don't mind using things that are a bit past their best before date, but the amount and expiry dates of these items were not okay this time. It feels like a waste of money as I might not be able to finish them before they go bad.

I recently bought a few stuff from Clearance XL and ran into a bit of a hiccup with my order arriving late. I contacted customer service twice to ask about what was going on, but unfortunately didn't hear back. It was a shame because my first order with them came on time. But, all's well that ends well, they did sort it out in the end and my order finally arrived. Big thanks to the team for fixing everything up so quickly.
