I was unwrapping the parcel in the kitchen, a bit sceptical after a couple of dodgy experiences with other brands. One product just didn't suit me. I left a fair review, not ranting but honest. Next day they refunded me without being asked and they didn't push me to remove the post. That was the moment I relaxed. Small gesture, big difference. Shows they care about customers and the product. Mildly surprised, pleased and likely to buy again.
Unexpectedly milky
comes out like thick balm then turns milky as you rub, so be over the sink unless you fancy a slippery floor. Not the best at cleaning makeup, but overall pleased it arrived on time and nicely packaged.
Address hiccup, ended up all right
I ordered a face oil because my skin went into a flare — needed something gentle. The billing address had quietly switched though. Tried to change it straight away online and couldn't. No cancel button, no phone number. I messaged support the same day. That was annoying. They took a while but, crucially, they sorted it before the replacement was sent to the wrong place. Not flawless. Communication was slow and I had to chase. But when it mattered they acted and the product arrived usable. So I'm not thrilled, yet relieved. Will keep an eye on future orders and probably give them another try.
A proper keeper
I never thought packaging would make me smile when a parcel arrived, but with this brand it actually did — odd, I know. My skin is very sensitive and dry, and after a few months of the ceramide barrier serum and the texture smoothing cream things calmed down big time; honestly a relief. I used to bounce between brands that left my skin annoyed or smelled too strong, so this feels like a steady find. One thing I really like is the sustainability bit on the box — clear recycling instructions and no virgin plastic, they explain it simply and it matters. Prices are fair too, not extortionate as they scale. I’m proud to stick with a female minority-owned company, and yeah, I keep buying.
