Perfume gift
I recently bought a perfume gift from Cosmetify and generally had a good experience. Ordering it was easy and it was dispatched quickly, which I liked. However, the packaging of the product when it arrived was a bit disappointing. The perfume was poorly packaged in an old box with very little protection and then wrapped in tape. Since it was meant as a gift, I was disappointed by the lack of care taken.

I have ordered 2 vitamin jars - Solgar Vitamins Solgar Kangavites Bouncin' Berry Chewable Tabs x 60 AND Solgar Skin, Nails ... Hair Formula x60. However, I have received ONLY 1 jar - Solgar Vitamins Solgar Kangavites Bouncin' Berry Chewable Tabs x 60.
When I contacted Cosmetify, re the second jar of vitamins, first I was requested to send images of the box and the label and then I was told that the retailer had a CCTV footage showing the both jars going into the box. When I requested a copy of the footage, I did not receive any reply from Cosmetify. When I suggested looking at the discrepancy in the weight of the box sent (375g with the box!) and the weight of the 2 vitamin jars ONLY (483g!) I did not receive any reply. This is despicable behaviour from a retailer who claims to have 4.7 rating on Trustpilot!Makeup order drama
I recently ordered some makeup online and was really looking forward to trying it out. However, when it didn't arrive, I was pretty disappointed. To make matters worse, they tried to charge me for it even though I hadn't received any information about the delivery. I mean, how was I supposed to know what was going on? This whole situation has really annoyed me, and I definitely won't be using that company again.
