The odd part was not that the Garmin watch was delayed. Delays happen, especially around busy periods. It was the way a straightforward online order slowly turned into a vague security issue that nobody seemed able to explain properly. I ordered the watch on 26 March using Klarna, which approved the payment immediately. The website said next-day delivery, so I expected it on the 27th. Instead, I received an email referring to the ‘current climate’ and staff safety. Fair enough at first, although it did not really say whether the item had actually been picked, packed or even allocated.
