Trainers returned
We had to return some trainers because we found a cheaper price elsewhere. We decided to go to the Merry Hill store because the website said it was open, but when we got there, it was closed! It was frustrating. We ended up having to return them with Yodel and got charged for that. I spoke to someone called Precious on the live chat, and she refused to refund us for the postage, even though she apologised for the incorrect information on the website. It doesn't make sense why the stores are closing if they want to retain customers.
New shoes
Ugh, I ordered those new shoes almost 2 weeks back and can you believe it, they still haven't arrived! The company keeps claiming my shoes were "returned to sender," but what does that even mean? And whenever I contact customer service, they just don't seem bothered at all! It's like speaking to a wall. I don't know who's to blame, Yodel or OFFICE, but this whole situation is a mess! How do they keep messing up orders like this and getting away with it? It's just not right at all!
Online order that never arrived
I've always had a great time shopping in the actual store, but my recent online order turned out to be a nightmare. I ordered something online, but even though Yodel tried to deliver it multiple times, the package never made it to me. Every time Yodel said they tried to drop it off, I was at home, waiting, but no one came. This went on for 4-5 attempts, and after waiting for over 12 days, I decided to cancel the order since it seemed like it would never get to me. However, the shop won't give me a refund until Yodel brings the shoes back to them. It's not fair at all - I didn't get the order, but I have to wait for the shoes to go back to the shop before I can get my money back. Dealing with this kind of bad customer service is really frustrating and disappointing.
Incorrect delivery address issue
I had a really bad experience with the customer service team recently. It was all about my delivery address mix-up. The courier messed up and sent my order to the wrong place. I've been trying to sort it out by contacting customer service for the last four days, but nothing has been fixed yet. The people on the live chat weren't very helpful or interested in helping me out. They told me they'd sort it out by a certain time, but that deadline has come and gone with no solution. It's really frustrating and disappointing, especially since the shoes I ordered were for my son. I'm so unhappy with the customer service I received, and I won't be buying from them online again.
Converse pumps
I bought a pair of Converse trainers from this shop not long ago, but they came in a bit of a state, which was a shame. They told me to send them back, but I've heard that refunds can take ages, so I'm not sure about doing that. I tried to swap them at a couple of different shops, but they didn't have my size. Pair of sandals
I recently bought a pair of sandals from this shop and unfortunately, after wearing them once, they hurt my feet. When I took the sandals back to the shop, they refused to take them back because they had been worn. However, I was only returning them because they had caused me injuries, not just because I didn't want them anymore. After some more emails with customer services, they told me to send the sandals back at my own cost and they would decide if a refund was possible.
Shoes for work
I bought something from this shop recently and it was a nightmare dealing with their customer service. The product I got had a problem, so I got in touch with them, but they weren't helpful at all and tried to make it my fault. Can you believe they even wanted me to pay for postage to return it? No way. When I tried to sort things out, they kept dodging my questions. I'm thinking of taking legal action now. Their apologies don't mean a thing.

Recent shoe order
I recently bought some shoes from this company, and I have to say I am really disappointed with the whole thing. They said they'd deliver them by a certain date, but that date has come and gone, and I've still not got my order. On top of that, they haven't even bothered to let me know what's going on. It's just not right for a company to leave their customers in the dark, especially when they send the wrong shoes first. This lack of honesty and not keeping to their promises really doesn't make them look good when it comes to being reliable and taking care of customers. I've always liked this company's products and how quick they were, but now I feel let down. I can't really trust them in the future if they are going to mess up like this. Good customer service is so important for any business, and they definitely need to do better in that department.
Shoes
I bought some shoes from this company not long ago and I have to say, I was really let down. The shoes were the wrong size when they arrived, and then getting a refund turned out to be a real pain. I ordered next day delivery but I never got the goods. The company won't give me a refund until a third party returns the goods that I never received. It's been a disappointing experience with no one taking responsibility and poor customer service.
Trainers waiting
So, I like ordered these really cool trainers in store on the 26th of May, and they said they'd arrive in 3-5 working days. But then I got an email saying they were sent to Yodel. And now it's the 4th working day and Yodel still hasn't even got them yet! I'm so not confident that I'll get them on time.
Sandals missing from order
I can't believe how cheeky this company is! I ordered a pair of Birkenstock sandals and some boots for my partner, but when the parcel arrived, there was only the boots in there. No sign of the sandals anywhere! We tried contacting customer service several times, but all they did was give us excuses, saying that CCTV footage showed both pairs being packed. Well, clearly something went wrong because the sandals are missing. And as if that wasn't bad enough, they actually suggested that we were lying about the missing sandals and wouldn't refund us. Absolutely shocking!
Sandal purchase from Buchanan St, Glasgow store
My recent visit to the Buchanan St store in Glasgow was really disappointing. My wife bought two pairs of sandals and was told they would arrive the next day by a certain courier service. But the sandals never showed up, which left us feeling frustrated and annoyed.

Incorrect refund process

Received Worn Shoes
I can't believe it, this place has some nerve! I ordered two pairs of shoes, and when they turned up, they were clearly already used! Properly disgusting, I mean, who even thinks it's ok to send out something like that to a customer? It's just ridiculous and totally unacceptable. Bought shoes, wrong sizes
I bought these shoes and they're completely wrong sizes that make no sense at all. One is tiny like a baby's size and the other is massive like a giant's size. I can't wear them at all! Lost shoes in delivery
I ordered a pair of shoes from this company recently, but the delivery process was really disappointing. Unfortunately, they kept telling me to return shoes that I never actually received. It took a total of 20 days for the shoes to finally arrive, after I followed up multiple times. I also got frustrated when I asked to speak to someone higher up about my complaint and was told it wasn't possible, with no telephone service available for discussion. Overall, the delivery experience was pretty poor and left a lot to be desired.
