Table top cover
I was a bit unsure about ordering from this company at first, but I have to say I was really pleased with the service I got. Even though I had my doubts, they were really helpful and quick to respond to any queries I had. The table top cover I bought came pretty quickly and I was really impressed with how well made it was. It fits perfectly and it's obvious that it was made exactly to the measurements I gave. However, I would recommend getting a slightly bigger size for a better fit, as mine is a bit tight.
14 outdoor cushion covers
Oh my goodness, I bought 14 cushion covers for our garden furniture and they are absolutely fantastic! They are really high quality and fit perfectly on our cushions. One set is completely waterproof and the other set is showerproof. The delivery was incredibly quick and they provided tracking for both sets. I definitely suggest checking out this shop, don't let any negative opinions put you off. Just be sure to measure accurately and don't expect to be able to return items.

I bought a clear tarpaulin with a zip for my garden bar to protect it. It was 8 feet by 7 feet in size. This was my second purchase because the first one got worn out by the weather. I requested for it to be customised in the same way as before, and I was really pleased with the end result. The price was great, and the order was exactly what I wanted. Weather screen canvas purchase
I bought a weather screen canvas from this company to use as a shade for the end of my porch, but I was really disappointed with what I received. The colour of the canvas was not what I expected, it looked shoddy and there were crease lines all over it. It looked more like a tie-dye pattern than a solid colour canvas. The finish was terrible and overall it was just not up to standard. When I got in touch with their quality control team, they offered me 30% off my next purchase instead of a replacement, which I didn't think was fair. I didn't want to spend any more money on a product that wasn't good quality. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company if you want something decent.

I recently bought a daybed cover from this company, but I'm sorry to say that my experience was not great at all. I waited for three weeks for my order to get to me, and when it finally did, I found out that the cover was completely the wrong size from what I had asked for when I placed my order. It was definitely the company's mistake, and that's when the worrying part started. I got in touch with their customer service team to let them know about the issue, but they just told me to submit a report and send them photos proving that the cover didn't fit as it should. Even though I tried my best to explain how annoying it was to have to pack everything up again just to take photos, they then asked for a video a week later.

Well, I ordered this window seat cushion and I tell you what, I was really disappointed! It took absolutely ages to come because it's made all the way over in India, and when it finally arrived, it was too short by a whole 2 inches. The quality was just terrible as well! Dealing with the customer service agent, Danial, was a total nightmare. I had to go through all sorts of hassle just to get them to admit they got it wrong. Trust me, do yourself a favour and steer well clear of this company!
Garden furniture cover disappointing
I splashed out on a garden furniture cover last year, thinking I was being really clever to keep my furniture safe and dry. But guess what? When I finally took it off last week, the seams were all messed up and the taping was coming off. How can I protect my furniture now? It turns out it's not even waterproof anymore. And you know what's worse? I thought I was being savvy by choosing a cover with a 3-year guarantee, but they won't even honour it for the taping. It's not cool at all. Just a heads up to all my fellow garden furniture lovers - be cautious of this brand. Don't waste your money on something that's going to fall apart in less than a year.
Custom tarp order
I recently ordered two custom tarps from this company and I was really disappointed with how they turned out. Even though I showed them proof that the tarps were too short, the customer service team wouldn't admit they made a mistake and kept saying they sent the right size. It was so annoying how they wouldn't take responsibility or check their quality properly. The 4cm difference might not sound like much, but it really affected how I could use the tarps for what I needed. In the end, I had to ask my bank for a refund because the company wouldn't sort it out.
Custom cover order
I recently ordered a custom cover from this company and provided them with specific measurements in millimeters so they could give me an accurate quote. However, when I received the quote, I realised they had converted the measurements to inches and based the quote on the wrong information. Despite this, I proceeded with the payment.
To my disappointment, when the order went into production, they converted the measurements from millimeters to inches once again, but this time they added an extra inch on each side without asking me. On top of that, they forgot to include grommets in the initial quote, which meant an extra charge of £30. This mistake ended up increasing the total cost by around 30%.
It's really frustrating to have to deal with such inaccuracies and inconsistencies in both the quoting and production process.Outdoor furniture cover

I paid extra because I thought they were a UK company, but it turns out they just outsource from India, which explains the poor quality. Spare tire cover purchase
I bought a spare tire cover from this company not long ago and it wasn't a great experience. I showed them a photo of my current tire cover on my Jeep and asked for the lettering and font to be the same, but when the product arrived, it looked completely different. The quality was really poor, it honestly looked like it was made by a child. When I contacted customer service about it, they didn't take any responsibility and only offered me a $28 store credit, even though I spent over $100. I also found out that the company claims to be in GA but after looking into it, I realised it's not based in the US and the GA address is just a front.
