Goose Down Pillow
This pillow was really good to begin with, it was super comfy and soft - felt like sleeping on a cloud. However, after just over a year, it lost its fluff and now it's giving me neck aches. I even tried getting it cleaned professionally, but that didn't do the trick. I'm really let down by the quality, especially considering how expensive it was.

I bought an all-season Hungarian down goose duvet, some down pillows, and pillow and mattress protectors from this shop recently, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the quality of the products. The duvet is incredibly soft and comfortable; it's like sleeping on a fluffy cloud. The down pillows are lovely too, they give just the right amount of support while still being really plush. The pillow and mattress protectors are top-notch, making sure my bedding stays clean and fresh for longer. I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchases.
Cotton-filled deep mattress protector
I've been searching for ages, but I finally found a deep mattress protector with a cotton filling. It's really important to me to have natural fibres to sleep on, and this protector is perfect with its cotton padding on top. The sides are made of nylon, probably for some stretch, but it fits nicely and feels really comfortable overall.
Canadian Goosedown duvet
I upgraded my duvet from a Hungarian Goosedown one to a Canadian Goosedown double duvet from this company six weeks ago. I've been really impressed with the difference in warmth and weight, and the quality is beautiful. I can't praise the product and customer service from this company enough. I'm even thinking about getting another one for my daughter because I'm so happy with it.
Canadian Goose Down Duvet
This company is a nightmare to deal with. I ordered a Canadian Goose Down Duvet and was worried it might not be authentic. When I got the duvet and didn't see any proof of authentication labels, I sent it back. But then the company said I had used it and wouldn't refund me. They only talked to me through email and suggested I take the duvet back or get a credit note, but I said no. I got in touch with Trading Standards and my bank, and the problem is still not fixed. This company will do anything to keep from giving refunds, and it's just awful.
Hungarian down pillow
After years of searching high and low for the perfect pillow, I've finally hit the jackpot! I've tried so many different ones in the past, none of them seemed to do the trick until I heard about the Hungarian down pillow recommended by Damien Lewis on TV. Me and my husband were both curious about it, so we thought why not give it a go? And let me tell you, it was totally worth it! The pillow is top quality and I've never had such a good night's sleep. I'm over the moon with my purchase and I'm already thinking about getting a duvet from the same range soon. It really was a great find for me.
100% Goose Down Duvet

Cotton pillow protectors, good quality
I was looking for some pillow protectors that are soft and made of real cotton - none of those weird chemicals, ew! I came across these ones and they're fantastic! They're nice and thick, and great quality. I hadn't heard of this brand before, but I'm definitely going to buy more things from them. I reckon you should give them a try too!
Siberian Goose Down Pillows
I came across this company online while looking for Siberian goose down pillows because my usual suppliers didn't have them anymore. Whisper brand duvet
I recently bought what was meant to be a top-notch Kingsize duvet with a 10.5 Tog rating, but it turned out to be a Whisper brand duvet that was not up to scratch. Firstly, it didn't feel like a 10.5 Tog duvet at all - it was more on the chilly side. On top of that, I spotted some loose threads on both the duvet and its cover, which just isn't acceptable when you're selling something as high-quality. I even got in touch with Customer Service and sent over some photos of the problems, but unfortunately, I didn't get any response about whether it was safe to snip off the loose threads. This lack of communication was really disappointing and left me feeling pretty frustrated.
Undersheet purchase
I bought an undersheet from this company, and I have to say I am really happy with it. The quality is great and it fits my mattress perfectly. I also use a mattress topper, and the undersheet keeps it in place all night. I've tried other brands before, but this one is the best in terms of fit and durability. I just bought the Summer 4.5tog duvet from your store and it was honestly the best choice ever! This duvet is so soft, light, and has improved my sleep tenfold.
