3 beds for new home
I bought 3 beds for my new house from this company and I have to say I am really impressed with the quality of the beds and the service they provided. Bed and delivery experience
I recently got a bed from Cuddly Beds, but there was a bit of a problem with the delivery when the courier just dumped it at a neighbour's house without asking for a signature. We had to lug the bed all the way back home, definitely not ideal for a good night's sleep! So, I reached out to Cuddly Beds through their chat on a Saturday evening, and they actually called us to say sorry for the courier mix-up. They even gave us a partial refund to make up for the hassle.

Divan Wingback Bed
I recently got myself a divan wingback bed from Cuddlybeds and I have to say, I'm pretty happy with the quality of the product. The bed feels strong and well-built, which has made it a nice addition to my bedroom. Putting it together was quite straightforward thanks to the clear instructions provided, and the packaging was good at keeping everything safe during delivery. However, I did face a few problems with getting the bed to me. Since I live in a remote area, there were some delays in getting my order because the courier service wasn't very reliable. This meant I had to juggle around my plans a bit to make sure I was available for the new delivery dates. Despite this little hiccup, I'm pleased with the bed itself and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new one.

Molly ottoman bed
The bed we bought seems to be really nice, and my son who's 10 loves it because he thinks it's really comfy. We did have a few problems at first, but the company sorted them out quickly. The only letdown for me was that the website didn't mention that with a side-opening ottoman, we'd need to put a gap between the headboard and the bed. If I'd known this, I probably would have gone for the end-opening one instead.

The customer service was absolutely brilliant, I must say. The delivery person really stood out as exceptional. The bed itself is really sturdy and quite easy to put together, although I did face a few small problems trying to fix the bases and headboard because of the fabric covering the holes. But all in all, it's great value for money and I would definitely think about using this company again.

I bought a bed from your store not long ago and got it all set up last week. It's a great bed, really pleased with how it looks and its quality. The only thing was I didn't have any paper instructions to put it together, but after a bit of working it out, it went smoothly. Luxurious and Easy to Set Up Bed
The bed I bought was really luxurious and so easy to set up. I absolutely love it and I'm over the moon with my purchase. The customer service from the team was brilliant, they were so helpful every step of the way. I'll definitely be getting my spare room bed from here too.
Wall mount kit for headboard
The headboard is really strong and good quality, but the wall mount kit it came with isn't ideal for bigger headboards. The 18-inch bracket isn't strong enough to hold up the weight of larger headboards, so it wobbles quite a lot. We've had to put foam behind it to try and stop it moving. Because of this problem, we've ordered another kit for our superking size headboard to try and stop it wobbling so much.

I recently got a new bed from Cuddly Beds, and it arrived in a terrible condition! The headboard was all damaged, and I've been waiting for so long to get a replacement. The communication with them is really bad, I constantly have to chase them for updates. The delivery guys keep making mistakes, and even though they promised a refund, it never came through. Jay is the only one who actually talks to me, but he doesn't seem to care much. I tried asking for a manager's help, but got no response at all. The service is absolutely terrible, I wouldn't recommend buying from them at all!

I just had my new cosy bed delivered really quickly! I haven't had a chance to try it out and see how comfy it is yet, but it looks decent so far.

I recently purchased a bed from this store and it took a good 8 days to arrive. I was pleasantly surprised that they kept me informed about the delivery date. Divan base and headboard
Fast delivery and top-notch materials for the divan base and headboard. The headboard is lovely and feels really strong once it's screwed in. The divan base has 2 drawers, which is handy for storage. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone in need of a comfy and practical bed.
Double bed
The delivery of my double bed got delayed until 8pm and by the time it arrived, I saw that one of the drawers was broken. I had to sort out for someone to come and mend it, which was a bit of a hassle. But then, I got an email from the company offering me a refund because of the problem.
Paid extra for room choice
I recently bought a bed online and paid extra to pick where it would be delivered, but when the driver turned up, he was alone. He then told me I'd have to help him move the bed. Definitely not what I was expecting after paying extra for a specific delivery spot. The bed was only left by my front door, so I needed someone else to help me move it to the right room. Pretty disappointing. On top of that, the headboard feels a bit cheap and not as strong as I had hoped. The material looks like it's been folded over rather than stitched properly, which makes me wonder about the overall quality of the product.
