Clothing purchase
I bought some clothes from this website not long ago and I have to say, I was pretty happy with how everything went. There were loads of different things to choose from on the site, so I had fun browsing through everything. The prices were good too, especially when there were discounts up for grabs. Sending stuff back was easy, no hassle at all, which was a relief. The delivery was really quick, but I've got one little moan - sometimes they stuff too much in one bag. My last order turned up in a bag that got torn up in transit, which wasn't great. Do these companies not know that couriers aren't always gentle with parcels?
trousers
I bought a pair of trousers from their website not long ago and I have to say I was really impressed with how good the quality was overall. The sizes were just right, not too big but still roomy enough to be really comfortable. I got enough pairs to have one for each day of the week and they've become a regular part of my wardrobe. However, after wearing them a few times, I did notice some wear in the crotch area. I understand that this might partly be because of my size, but it could be a good idea to make this area stronger in clothing aimed at bigger sizes so they last longer.
Lingerie purchase
I really like this shop because they cater to all sizes, which is fantastic! The prices are reasonable too. However, I have an issue with the stockings rolling down when I walk around. My thighs, bottom, and chest are a bit on the larger side, so finding lingerie that fits properly is a big win for me. It would be amazing if they offered more variety in colours and styles, as well as making their clothing inclusive for all genders. And let's not even get started on the bras - they really need to improve the options for larger and smaller chest sizes!
T-shirts and tops
Even though the ordering process was quick and the items arrived on time, I was let down by the quality of the products in my recent order. One of the t-shirts I bought had a hole in it, which was annoying given how expensive it was. Some of the other tops had cheap material that was too stretchy and even had marks on them. I hope the company can work on improving the quality of their products to avoid these issues in the future.

Oh great, what a nightmare! I ordered something and it's been delayed time and time again. And now, just my luck, I'm on holiday and my package is supposed to arrive today. How frustrating! The lack of communication and all these delays have really annoyed me. If this is the kind of service they're proud of, I'm worried about what getting my order will actually be like.

Late delivery and missing items
I was really looking forward to receiving my order on time, but it ended up being delayed and to make matters worse, not everything I ordered arrived. It's so frustrating to be excited about a delivery only to find out it's missing things. I'm still waiting for the missing items to be sent, and the fact that the company hasn't been in touch about it is really not on. You'd think getting your order on time and in full would be a given, but clearly not in this case. Hopefully, this feedback will prompt them to up their game when it comes to sorting out orders and keeping customers informed.
Order delays disappointed me
I ordered three items but only got two on time. Waiting an extra 4 days for the last one was annoying. The items I got were good quality and I was happy with them, but the delay in getting the full order was disappointing.
