Scope and mounts for a BSA CLX wilderness
I recently had a bit of trouble with my BSA CLX wilderness rifle. The scope and mounts that came with it didn't quite fit properly, which made it awkward to store in the case. Luckily, Dai Leisure really came through and helped me out big time. The staff there were so friendly and really went out of their way to find a solution that worked for me. One of them even had a good sense of humour, cracking jokes and making the whole experience more enjoyable. The service I received was top-notch, and I left feeling really happy with how everything was sorted out. The entertainment they had going on during my visit was a nice extra touch that made the whole thing even better. Overall, a great experience!
Airgun pellets purchase
I bought some airgun pellets from this shop recently, and I have to say, I was really impressed with their service. Ordering was easy and the staff were so helpful in helping me choose the right ones. But when my order arrived, I realised that some pellets were missing. I got in touch with the shop and they quickly apologised for the mistake. The very next day, I got a delivery with the missing pellets along with double the amount as a way of saying sorry. I was really impressed by their customer service and I will definitely be shopping there again in the future.
Efficient service
I just wanted to share how great my experience was with Dai Leisure when I made a recent purchase. The whole process was easy and stress-free. What I really liked was getting a call a couple of days before the delivery, it made it much easier for me to get everything organised. The delivery was done by their own staff who were really nice and knew what they were doing. They even let me know when to expect them, which was a big help. I popped into this shop last month and it was really awesome! The folks there were so friendly, not grumpy like some grown-ups can be. The chap I spoke to was really knowledgeable about airguns and he guided me to pick the perfect one for me. He didn't pressure me into buying it on the spot, which was great. Gun order
I ordered a really cool gun from Dai Leisure online. I placed my order on Wednesday night and by Thursday lunchtime, I got a phone call asking when I would be home to get my delivery. The next day, on Good Friday, the driver arrived right on time! He was really friendly and said that if I had any problems with the gun, I could call Dai Leisure and they would replace it. Such a great online ordering service!

I recently bought a gun from a dealer at a shooting show in Harrogate. The staff I spoke to were really friendly and knew their stuff. They were happy to help me choose the right firearm for what I needed. Not only did they give me a good deal on the gun, but they also made it easy to order it online. I bought a Dan Wesson 715 from this company recently and I have to say, I'm really happy with the service I got. Air pistol purchase online
I ordered an air pistol online and it came pretty fast, but there was a problem. Luckily, the folks at Dai Leisure acted quickly and sent a replacement along with some bonus items. Their customer service was fantastic, with friendly and helpful staff. I'll definitely be buying from them again.
Gym equipment
I'm really disappointed with the customer service I got from this company. I had to ring them loads of times for an update on my order, and even then they didn't ring me back like they said they would. It's annoying having to chase them up just to find out about something I've bought. Customer service should be a priority for any business, but this company really needs to up their game.
Recent purchase was a Colt M4 air rifle
I have to confess that I initially left a 3-star review, but after realising my error, I wanted to correct it. Being a fan of springer and break barrel air rifles, I didn't realise that the Colt M4 included all the required probes for filling. I am sorry for missing that and have now removed my earlier review.
Scope purchase with incorrect mounts
I recently bought a scope from Dai Leisure and unfortunately, it arrived with the wrong mounts. I contacted the customer service team to sort it out, but the replacement mounts provided were also wrong. After another phone call, the third set of mounts sent were finally the correct ones. Throughout the whole ordeal, the staff didn't seem very sorry or understanding about my frustration with the situation. In the end, along with the correct mounts, I received some pellets, presumably as a gesture of goodwill, but a simple apology would have been enough. Dealing with incompetence is frustrating, but it's even worse when customer service doesn't try to make things right.
Pellets and power stuff
I've been going to that shop a lot recently and I always see Gordon and Josh there. They're really helpful with my pellet and power stuff. Their advice is top-notch and I always manage to pick up a great deal before leaving!
New air rifle
I recently bought a new air rifle from DAI and unfortunately, I encountered a problem with it. Thankfully, Joe from DAI was extremely helpful and promptly sent me a replacement within just 2 days of me contacting them. Despite DAI not being a local store for me, I would absolutely purchase from them again due to the exceptional service I received.
Airsoft gun purchase
Well, that was a complete disappointment! I ordered an Airsoft gun from Dai Leisure and it was an absolute nightmare. The whole process was a mess, with slow responses and mistakes in my order. The so-called "service" was terrible, they didn't seem to care about keeping customers happy at all. And as for the prices, don't even get me started. Way too expensive for what you actually get. And don't even mention the delivery - it took forever for my order to arrive, and the condition it was in was shocking. All in all, a total let-down.
PCP air rifle purchase
