Airsoft rifle
The service was absolutely awful from start to finish. After the delivery never arrived, I tried emailing several times but got no reply at all. There was no communication on the delivery day or after. I phoned twice to ask for a refund, and was just told it was with the manager. It's been days now and still no refund or any attempt to get in touch – just complete silence. It's unbelievable. I'd recommend avoiding this place completely.
Hoverboard in just 2 days
I recently bought a hoverboard and it arrived in only 2 days! The people at the store were really friendly and the delivery driver was incredibly polite. There was a slight delay, but he gave me a heads up with a call. All in all, the service was spot on and couldn't have asked for anything more!
