glad I went. Well, mostly. I needed cash for a last-minute flat move and took a designer bag I no longer used. The chap who helped me was genuinely friendly and explained why they valued it as they did — he had an offer ready in about ten minutes. It wasn’t a fortune, could've been a tad higher, but the whole thing was quick, simple and fair, and I left feeling relieved, really.
