I had a bit of a mare with this online shop I always used to trust. Spent ages trying to sort out my order drama, and when I finally got a refund, it was only half of what I'd shelled out, plus they stung me for next day delivery. What a faff! But credit where it's due, big up Asha for sorting it out in the end.
Refund query resolved quickly
I had a bit of a problem when my refund went missing, so I got in touch with customer service for some help. I was actually quite happy with how quick Jennifer S, the representative, got back to me. She was really on the ball, admitting the delay and sorting out the refund straight away. I liked how she just got on with it and didn't make any lame excuses. Big thank you to Jennifer S for being so prompt and helpful!
Item return process
I had a really awful time trying to return something at the shop recently. Dealing with the customer service team has been a complete nightmare. I've been attempting to return this item for the last two weeks, and I've been given conflicting and poor advice via email and messenger. It's frustrating to have to spend hours messaging and emailing just to get my refund, which I deserve. This whole situation has made me decide that I won't be using this company again.
