Seeing the parcel stopped at the Irish border was a bit of a pain, honestly. The health regulator wouldn’t clear it, which wasn’t Discount HP’s doing, but I emailed them so they’d know for future orders. The point I knew I’d chosen a decent company was when they offered a full refund without any arguing. Delivery never happened, obviously, yet their follow-up was properly helpful.
Too much, too quickly
The point I knew this wasn’t for us was when another five-month supply turned up just a month after the first. I need the tablets to keep my blood sugar under control, not cupboards full of them. We paid £199 twice, apparently. They refunded £70, which was something, but it still made little sense. Glad it wasn’t worse, though we won’t return.
Long-term buyer

Right, weird start — I used to joke I looked nine months pregnant from water bloat and people laughed. I’d tried charcoal, peppermint oil and loads of random things, but only the 125mg simeticone ever calmed it. I was sceptical about ordering from a random site — not sold in local chemists, so I hesitated — but a mate on a forum sent the link and I thought, why not. The tub of 150 showed up quicker than expected and, blimey, it does the job. Hospital shrugged, son used to post me bits from the mainland, so this feels like a small miracle. I’m chuffed and will definitely buy again.
