Overall, I'd recommend Discount Lots LLC — mostly because of Jose, who actually helped me when I was properly unsure about the whole thing. I first heard about them from a mate on a local Facebook group and I was sceptical straight away, thought it might be one of those too-good-to-be-true setups, but Jose changed that impression. He didn't just shove paperwork at me and disappear; he listened, asked a few plain questions, and actually followed up when things got a bit messy. There was a moment when timelines and documents clashed and I braced for the usual runaround, but he came up with a couple of practical options and reminded me of small details I'd missed. They checked in a few times — sometimes twice in a day — which felt a bit much at first, then I realised I'd rather have that than silence. Even my dumb questions were met with patience.
