Ottoman bed base

Storage ottoman purchase
The storage ottoman I bought back in February was really rubbish quality. I only used it a few times before one of the hinges broke, making the whole thing fall apart. When I got in touch with customer service, they weren't very helpful at all. They just offered me a discount on my next purchase or said I could buy new hinges and pay for postage. But that wouldn't fix the real problem - the poor internal structure. All in all, it was a let-down dealing with this product.

They're all made to order, and you can even get a matching headboard. Ordering was a piece of cake, delivery was really quick, and the quality of the build is excellent. I was genuinely amazed at how good it is for the price. There's loads of storage space, and the gas struts work perfectly. Delivery was great too, they brought it straight to my room and even took away my old bed. I'd give it a 10 out of 10, definitely recommend it, and will be coming back to shop here again!
