Very Impressed!
It was the first time that I had ordered from Furntastic and I was very impressed. Quality of lounge chairs was excellent and delivered on time. No Damage. Everything was perfect.

Absolute Criminals!!
Ordered a piece of furniture, however a few days on was told it would be in their warehouse within a week but the very next day I received a call to say the piece had been discontinued therefore ‘do I want something else?’ ‘Absolutely not’ I replied! ‘Refund —- pronto!’ They told me that I must write request a refund in writing. 10 days on and they have not even begun the refund process. Therefore, these deplorable criminal weasels will be hearing from the police very shortly! POTENTIAL BUYERS BEWARE — TRUSTPILOT IS REPLETE WITH DISGRUNTLED RIPPED OFF CUSTOMERS !!
