Small gear for dive trip
I ordered some gear for my diving trip, but it hasn't arrived. The tracking info said it was delivered, but I can't find it anywhere. I even asked my neighbours, but no luck. Then the Post Office said they were sending it back for some reason I don't know. Diveinn Scubastore didn't really do much to help, just sent a bunch of boring emails that didn't fix the issue. They should've used a more reliable delivery service. Lesson learned - don't leave buying trip gear until the last minute!
Snorkelling equipment purchase
I recently ordered some snorkelling gear from Diveinn Scubastore for the first time, and I've got to say, I was pretty impressed with how things went. The items I ordered were just like how they were described on the website, the quality was spot on, and I was really pleased with my purchase. The delivery was a tad bit late, arriving a day after the estimated time, but it wasn't a big deal for me. What I really liked was that they sent me a link to keep track of my order once it was on its way. All in all, I'd definitely think about ordering from Diveinn Scubastore again in the future.

This site won’t let me rate as zero star. Paid for faster shipping to arrive in time for a trip. No sign of my regulators or any reason why my order is delayed. Don’t waste money for faster shipping with this company I’ve been scammed.
Primary Reel
Very poor customer service!!!
Bought a reel which arrived with a slight delay.
Item wasn't as described and damaged.
After more than 1 week I received a return label, but DiveInn (Scubastore) is not willing to send an exchange or covering the delivery costs for a non damaged, correctly specified one.
So I would have to pay for the shipping costs again.
The return will take 3-4 weeks, so I will get a refund for a faulty product 2 month after payment.17001995 & 17219399

Please consider this message before dealing with this company... I’ve bought two orders total 3 items (scubapro make) Order numbers: 17001995 & 17219399, which I should receive 2 weeks ago.. I still didn’t receive any items yet, and I’ve added request over the website to change the address of the items at the same day of purchase, but I didn’t get any replay on any of them! Now I’ve received a message of the post office asking me for nearly half of the item prices to reroute the item to my state again.. which is unfair...
I’ve tried calling their number (internationally) and the guy picked up the phone sound drunk! And not even bothered to answer my simple questions...
honestly Im regretting dealing with those people and I wouldn’t do in the future.. and guys please be carful

I had a positive experience , I first thought the item was not sent as the link diveinn sent kept indicating that parcel was still in Spain. But when I went to Spanish post website I realised parcel was in my country. And that is were delays happened but I got my parcel. Thank you great service.

Diveinn is our partner since long from where we buy mirror lenses, frameless lenses, masks ,foot pins etc
Supplies are very good and timely, no discussion on quality , all branded.
