    I ordered my bcd online as I couldn't find it in store anywhere in the uk. Initially I was super nervous ordering it like this because of some reviews I read but once I put the order in I was informed that my purchase will be with me the week after, it actually came two weeks after which I expected to be more likely. I paid an extra £10 to have it delivered by royal mail and didn't receive any nasty surprises once it arrived. All in all I couldn't be happier with what I received. 😁🤘

    Dont believe the website where it says no additional charges to uk, have had to pay over £200 extra customs charges and despite being told that it would be refunded to me after I pay it they are now saying they wont do that. Complete con artists would have been cheaper to buy it from a UK store. I wouldn't even give them 1 star but it wont let me leave a review without it.

    I rang to get some technical detail and I was referred to a forum. Apart from being nearly incomprehensible, the man was dismissive and unhelpful. Claimed that the technical department was elsewhere, but would not put me through. Clearly not interested in me as a customer. I abandoned my trolley.
    (Actually all stars should be zero - 1 is overrating or irrelevant.)

    Cressi fins/bag/snorkel

    In September I ordered fins/snorkel and bag (about Euro 180) to a friends address in Italy. I live in the USA and was traveling in Europe. The shipment never arrived and I spoke for many hours to customer service to track the shipment. Scuba store insisted I received the package. I did not. Finally as I was leaving Europe I asked Scuba store to refund my payment. For the past 4 weeks I have been e mailing back and forth and filling out forms. Fina;;y Scuba Store said that as I could not prove I did not receive the goods nor provide a legal affidavit from the post office in Naples (how can I do that from abroad?) that they will nor refund me. They strung me along for 2 months. I believe that they never had the intention to refund me. I signed multiple times that I did not receive the shipment. Apparently this is not good enough. I will never do business with Scuba Store/Trade Inn/ Dive Inn. It seems to be a racket.

    Very poor customer service!!!
    Bought a reel which arrived with a slight delay.
    Item wasn't as described and damaged.
    After more than 1 week I received a return label, but DiveInn (Scubastore) is not willing to send an exchange or covering the delivery costs for a non damaged, correctly specified one.
    So I would have to pay for the shipping costs again.
    The return will take 3-4 weeks, so I will get a refund for a faulty product 2 month after payment.

    Mask and snorkelling dive bag

    Bought mask and bag 5 weeks ago. Received sorry not in stock but on its way soon email.
    Contacted via email to chase up. No reply - worse still scuba.store site is now “closed” to UK customers.
    Will just get the credit card to refund because I am plainly wasting my time trying anything else.

    Claim to offer an "easy & fast return shippment".
    They wont refund you, even you sent it back.
    They will claim to wait for it to return to its central storage in about 3-4 weeks. You cant even track it.

    JBL Spear Gun

    Think Twice. Extremely poor customer service and more reviews I've read lead me to believe I've been scammed. Package ordered on May 8 2020, shipped on April 30th 2020. Still haven't received the package, tracking as stopped and Dive Inn can not give me any information. The package never made it to the US. I asked for a refund, Dive Inn will not refund my money. That have stopped answering. They have a store on ebay as well and you will see the same type of problems. People placing orders and not getting them. Time and time again. Poor company, poor experience.

    So your package is a time machine? You can't ship on April 30th and order on May 8th. This same review was on Trustpilot.

    Hello All,

    Please consider this message before dealing with this company... I’ve bought two orders total 3 items (scubapro make) Order numbers: 17001995 & 17219399, which I should receive 2 weeks ago.. I still didn’t receive any items yet, and I’ve added request over the website to change the address of the items at the same day of purchase, but I didn’t get any replay on any of them! Now I’ve received a message of the post office asking me for nearly half of the item prices to reroute the item to my state again.. which is unfair...

    I’ve tried calling their number (internationally) and the guy picked up the phone sound drunk! And not even bothered to answer my simple questions...
    honestly Im regretting dealing with those people and I wouldn’t do in the future.. and guys please be carful

    I had a positive experience , I first thought the item was not sent as the link diveinn sent kept indicating that parcel was still in Spain. But when I went to Spanish post website I realised parcel was in my country. And that is were delays happened but I got my parcel. Thank you great service.

    WORST COMPANY !!!

    I ordered some items for my Salvimar air speargun April 11th !
    (My order number is 13426907)
    A few days later I got a track and trace code to a package that never arrived and was never sent.
    I wrote Scubastore.com customer service via whatsapp about 15 times and they reply me with an automatic message as below;

    ''We are waiting a report from the transportist about what happened with your package. We will contact you as son as we know something.'' just.

    they could not do that.

    i even wrote to Scubastore's CEO. (David Martin Gaya)
    he was not reply me !

    Today is May 8th and i don't know anything about where my parcel is !!
    I also asked for my money back, but they don't do that as you can imagine.
    (all correspondence can be communicated when requested)

    Additionally,
    I also wrote to the shipping company (PostNL)
    They were reply me as below;

    ''Dear Ozan, thank you for the tracking code. It appears this parcel was announced to us on the 14th of April, hence the fact that it has a Track & Trace code, but it wasn't physically brought to us. I would advice you to contact the sender to inquire about this parcel, as he or she still appears to have it. I hope it works out. Kind regards, Berber ''
