I nearly didn’t place the order because I’ve had delivery problems with other firms before, but the product itself turned up exactly as described, so no issue there. The delivery side, though, was a mess. I’d asked through the Ring doorbell for it to be left safely, but the driver refused on more than one occasion. He was also rude to my elderly neighbour, which I wasn’t happy about at all. The next day I took the morning off work to be there, and he spoke to me in the same way. Bit disappointing, really, especially when delivery was charged separately. The product was fine, but I’ll use my local wholesaler next time rather than deal with that again.
