Carpet purchase
I was really pleased by how chill the sales staff were when I went to the store. They let me wander around without bothering me, but were there to help when I needed it. They gave me a quote and then put me in touch with someone to fit what I was buying. They also emailed me an invoice and gave me a week to think it over. It was a really nice and easy experience overall.
Laminate flooring purchase
Thank you for responding quickly to my inquiries. I was a bit worried about the delivery time at first, but pleasantly surprised to receive my order earlier than anticipated. I appreciate it, thank you very much.
New flooring for my bedroom
I recently ordered some new flooring for my bedroom and I was really pleased with the service I received from the store. They didn't try to pressure me into purchasing any additional items, which I really appreciated as I don't like feeling pressured. The delivery was speedy and they kept me informed about when to expect my flooring. The two gentlemen who installed the flooring were friendly and efficient. I would definitely give them a 5-star rating!
Flooring purchase
I recently bought some flooring from this shop and I was really impressed with the service and products they had. There was a guy called Shane who helped me out a lot, making sure I picked the right thing for me. The delivery came quickly and the driver was really nice and helpful. All in all, it was a great experience and I'll definitely be going back there whenever I need more flooring in the future.

I recently bought some carpet from this shop and I was really pleased with the choice and prices they had. The staff were really helpful and knew their stuff, they helped me find just the right flooring that didn't break the bank.

I was really pleased with the communication and customer service from the company, even though there was a small hiccup with the delivery truck breaking down. They kept me updated throughout the whole process, which I found really helpful. The carpet arrived the following day as they said it would, and I even got a call 10 minutes before it arrived to make sure I was ready for it.
Bathroom floor tiles
I happened to stumble upon Flooring Superstore while on the hunt for some click & lock floor tiles for my bathroom. And let me tell you, this place has a fantastic selection of top-notch tiles that went above and beyond what I was hoping to find. Not only did I manage to get exactly what I needed, but the customer service was also exceptional. Even my plumber was impressed with the quality of the tiles I got from here. I am extremely happy with my experience and would absolutely suggest this place to anyone looking for quality tiles.

I bought a carpet from that shop not long ago and I have to admit I was really impressed with how everything went. Ordering and delivery all went really smoothly and quickly. They had a good variety of carpets to choose from and the prices were very reasonable. The delivery arrived on time and the driver was really nice and helpful. I recently ordered some flooring from this company and I've gotta say, the service was absolutely top-notch. The delivery driver, Wills, was amazing. He was so patient and didn't mind waiting for me to double-check a few things. He really seemed willing to help with anything, nothing was too much trouble for him. Honestly, he went the extra mile in terms of customer service. I was really impressed by his professionalism and how dedicated he was to making sure I was happy with everything. Flooring for house renovation
The staff at that place were really helpful and friendly when we were choosing our new flooring for the house. We managed to get everything we wanted quickly and it arrived on time, which was great. However, we were quite surprised to find out that there is a fee for returning any extra flooring we bought. They really should have mentioned that before we made the purchase! We already spent a lot of money, and now we have to pay more just to return stuff - not great. It's a good reminder to always carefully read the fine print, lesson learned!

The people working at the shop were really good - they knew their stuff and gave me a hand without being too pushy. They even sent me a link to pay online after I had left to mull over the purchase, which was dead handy. I definitely reckon their service is top-notch. The delivery driver was a right nice bloke too, making the whole thing a proper positive experience.
Lino purchase
I bought some lino from this company not long ago, and although the product was decent, I wasn't too chuffed with how long it took to arrive. I placed my order on the 6th of June and was told it wouldn't show up until the 19th, which is almost a two-week wait. Even though I shelled out for courier delivery, turns out they only use their own delivery folk, so I had to wait longer than expected.
In-store purchase
I recently bought something in the shop and I have to say, I was well impressed with the level of service I got. The person who helped me out really knew their stuff and made sure I picked the right flooring for my place. Also, getting a call later to set up the delivery was a nice gesture and showed they care about their customers.

The staff in the store were really helpful and knew their stuff about the products. They made sure to explain everything properly and told me exactly when the delivery would come - they said 7-10 days, but it actually arrived after 7 days! The delivery went smoothly and without any problems, which was great. All in all, my experience with this store was perfect and I would definitely suggest them to anyone looking for flooring.

Carpet purchase, great service
I bought a carpet recently and had a fab time with the service at this shop. Morgan at the Crewe store was really helpful and gave top customer service. They got the carpet to me fast and it arrived on time as they said. Morgan even suggested a local fitter, who did a fantastic job. All in all, it was one of the best shopping experiences I've had in a while. The service here was way better than other local shops I've used before.

I recently bought luxury vinyl tile flooring from a store, and I must say, I had an amazing experience. The customer service I got from Dwaine at the Romford store was absolutely fantastic. Right from when I walked in, he greeted me warmly and really listened to what I was looking for. He was so professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable as he helped me make my decision. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything, which made the whole experience so much better. They showed me all the different types of flooring and helped me pick one that was just right for me. Ordering it was simple and I kept getting updates on when it would be delivered.
Wide choice of wood flooring
The wood floors in this store have a wide range of quality and finishes. It was really handy to be able to order straight away after checking out the choices in person. The delivery was quick and went smoothly with no issues. Our engineered wood floor installation ended up looking absolutely lovely.
LVT flooring
COVID INFECTED DRIVER
I had purchased a large amount of LVT flooring approx 52 packs from this firm. The sales staff were absolutely brilliant . I was informed by the firm that my order was to be delivered on Tuesday 12th September 2023. Prior to the delivery my colleague from work received a call from the driver known to be "Anthony". My colleague asked if he would be taking the packs inside , he replied no due to company policy ,he said the pallet will be dropped at kerbside ,but in any case i am infected with COVID! my colleague thought he was hearing things, he questioned him again , the drivers response was the same, my colleague asked him why was he working whilst infected with COVID , he replied"what's stopping me from working" . Upon receiving this information i was immediately terrified and reluctant to meet him at the delivery site.
I panicked and called the branch at Keighley . I got through to “Hassan” , told him everything about the situation , he sympathised and said he will call transport and report the matter to them.
Nevertheless i reluctantly made my way to the delivery site. I seen the driver in the back of the lorry hoisting the pallet,I kept my distant before questioning him further in regards to the virus , he confidently replied by saying “ yes i have COVID,what is stopping me from working “ I said do you realise you are posing a threat to me and all the people associated around me and especially this 1 ton pallet full containing 52 boxes which potentially will contaminate people. He shrugged his shoulders and said he was protected. However this made me feel apprehensive and anxious of what might happen to me or my joiners if we came close to the delivered pallet.
I couldn’t bear the guilt of not telling them which they immediately left the site whom I was paying £200 each x 2 per day. Furthermore I became worried for myself and my family and all the rest of the other customers who had deliveries before me and after.
I couldn't understand why the management allowed him to work despite the fact knowing he had Covid which potentially had jeopardised people’s lives at risk.
I called customer service manager "Cerys"told her that this matter is serious and I wanted information to the companies complaints procedure, she kept offering a £75 goodwill for the trouble i went through, i told her that this was a slap in the face and her professionalism was very poor and inadequate due to not showing any sympathy and compassion towards me or the customers who had deliveries on the same day.
I told her that my contractors had fled the scene and i wasn't going to touch any of the boxes due to them been handled by a Covid infected driver.
She made me feel responsible if any of the boxes went missing . I then covered myself with top to bottom with mask gloves and sprayed all the boxes one by one and apprehensively took them inside
I told her that the firm should take responsibility and shouldn't of let the Covid infected driver come to work to put peoples lives at risk.
She just kept offering me the £75 goodwill.
To all future customers check on the driver prior to the drop off in case he has COVID.
